Look, I’ll be honest with you – Fiera Maison isn’t going to blow you away with flashy amenities or marble lobbies, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. This 3-star spot has this refreshingly no-nonsense vibe that I actually found pretty charming. You know what I mean? Sometimes you just want a place that does the basics well without trying too hard to impress.

The first thing that struck me when I walked in was how quiet it felt, even though you can tell there’s plenty going on in the neighborhood outside. The lobby’s got this understated elegance – nothing fancy, but clean lines and decent lighting that doesn’t make you feel like you’re checking into a budget chain. The staff at reception were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. I mean, they actually remembered my name by the second day, which honestly surprised me. The rooms are what you’d expect for a solid mid-range place – comfortable beds (and I’m picky about mattresses), decent-sized bathrooms, and everything works like it should. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a relief when you’re trying to get work done or keep up with things back home.

What I really appreciated was the attention to those little details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The curtains actually block out light if you want to sleep in, there are enough outlets near the bed for your phone and laptop, and the shower pressure was surprisingly good – better than my last apartment, honestly. The housekeeping team keeps everything spotless without being intrusive about it. I also noticed they’ve got this nice balance with the temperature control – not too stuffy, not too cold, just comfortable. The neighborhood itself feels authentic, you know? You’ve got local cafes and shops within walking distance where you can grab coffee that doesn’t cost a fortune or pick up anything you forgot to pack. Parking wasn’t a nightmare either, which if you’ve traveled much, you know that’s not something to take for granted. Sure, it’s not luxury – the 7.1 rating reflects that it’s good, solid value rather than spectacular – but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a few days and feel comfortable without constantly worrying about whether you’re getting your money’s worth.

  appartamento con cucina in comune (da condividere con un 'alta camera) pulito con check in elettronico. gradita la macchina di caffè nespresso con capsule e qualche snack a disosizione.
  
  What could be improved: L'unica pecca è il bagno che è al lato oposto dell'appartamento e non in camera, si deve attraversare la sala in comune per andare in bagno. Saarbbe carino scriverlo nella descrizione, per l'alto tutto bene,

  Clean, secure, recently renovated. I didn't realise that it was a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and that I would possibly be sharing the apartment with another guest.
  I was let in by a staff member or maybe the cleaner, who was extremely friendly and helpful!
  
  What could be improved: Fyi if you're booking this because it looks close to the train station on the map, it is actually a 40 minute walk! Takes 25 min to get there by bus (if the buses are on time).
  The walls are incredibly thin – I could hear the bass from the neighbours TV booming until midnight, and then could hear with perfect clarity the neighbour snoring. That and the creaking of the bed woke me up several times I barely slept. Mattress is not comfortable. Bathroom drain has a bad smell.
  
  I asked for an invoice, since I travelled for work, and the owner has told me they are "not licensed as a business" and not able to send an invoice because of this, which is kind of concerning

  Struttura pulita, nuova, camera 1 letto comodo, doccia e acqua calda ok, comodo alla fiera.
  
  What could be improved: Sistema di check in on line farraginoso; apertura tramite App del portoncino esterno non funzionante; MANCANZA di almeno una padellina per fare colazione (è presente tutto il resto), zona piena di soggetti dediti al consumo di alcolici (sono intervenuti i carabinieri in un bar vicino).

  What could be improved: Le TV presenti non avevano collegamento all'antenna per cui non era possibile guardare le TV nazionali.
  Internet era molto instabile e debole, per fare 1/2 ora di lavoro ho dovuto connettermi al hotspot del mio cellulare.
  Il letto molto rumoroso.
