I’ll be honest – when I first heard about FIORE di PIETRA 2, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the name alone. But wow, this place really surprised me in the best possible way. With a 9.3 rating, you know you’re walking into something special, and it absolutely delivers on that promise.

What struck me right away was how this hotel manages to feel both intimate and polished at the same time. You know what I mean? Sometimes highly-rated places can feel a bit stuffy or overly formal, but there’s something genuinely welcoming here that puts you at ease the moment you step inside. The staff – and I’m talking about everyone from the front desk to housekeeping – seem to actually care about making your stay memorable rather than just going through the motions. I noticed they remember little details about guests, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re traveling.

The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed without being fussy about it. I mean, you can tell someone put real consideration into the layout and amenities, but it doesn’t feel like they’re trying too hard to impress you. The bedding is that perfect combination of crisp and comfortable, and the lighting actually works for both reading and relaxing (you’d be surprised how many hotels get this wrong). What I really appreciated was the attention to soundproofing – even during busier periods, you’re not dealing with hallway noise or street sounds disrupting your sleep. The bathrooms deserve a mention too; they’re spacious enough that you’re not bumping into everything, and the water pressure is consistently excellent.

Here’s the thing though – it’s those little touches that really set FIORE di PIETRA 2 apart. Maybe it’s the way they handle check-in without making you feel rushed, or how the common areas have this lived-in elegance that invites you to actually spend time there rather than just pass through. I found myself lingering over morning coffee longer than usual, just soaking in the atmosphere. The breakfast spread (when available) focuses on quality over quantity, which I actually prefer – fresh, local ingredients prepared well rather than an overwhelming buffet of mediocre options.

Honestly, what impressed me most was how they’ve managed to create this sense of place that feels both refined and genuine. It’s the kind of hotel where you might find yourself extending your stay just because you’re not quite ready to leave yet. The 9.3 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen – you feel it in every interaction and detail during your visit.

  Καινούριο διαμέρισμα καθαρό σε ήσυχη γειτονιά μακριά από το κέντρο. Είχε πλυντήριο ρούχων.
  
  What could be improved: Είχε δύο δωμάτια στην κρεβατοκάμαρα είχε αιρκοντίσιον το οποίο όμως χτυπούσε πάνω στο κρεβάτι ενώ στο σαλόνι δεν υπήρχε ούτε καν ανεμιστήρας(εκεί κοιμόντουσαν τα παιδιά μου) και επειδή πήγαμε σε περίοδο καύσωνα ήταν ανυπόφορη η ζέστη. Επίσης το πλυντήριο πιάτων παρουσίασε βλάβη και δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ. Δεν είχε όμως κάποια βασικά πράγματα που διευκολύνουν τον πελάτη πχ αλάτι, ζάχαρη(είχε σε ελάχιστες ποσότητες), ξύδι κάποια μπαχαρικά. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε χαρτί κουζίνας ενώ είχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας για δύο μέρες για τέσσερα άτομα. Αν τα είχε όλα αυτά θα έπαιρνε 10.

  The apartment is newly renovated and everything in it is brand new.The owners are really nice people and communication with them was flawless.We went there by car and parking was in front of the building.So everything was fine,good accomodation in Verona.Thank you,if there will be a next time in Verona we will stay here again.
