Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Flats4rent Casa Tascherio, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The whole “flats4rent” part made it sound a bit corporate, you know? But honestly, once I stepped inside, I realized this place has way more character than the name suggests. It’s got this really solid 4-star setup that doesn’t try too hard to impress you, which I actually appreciated. There’s something refreshing about a place that just delivers without all the flashy nonsense.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel comfort and apartment practicality. I mean, you get proper hotel-quality linens and daily housekeeping, but you’ve also got enough space to actually live a little – not just exist in a cramped room for a few nights. The kitchenette situation is surprisingly well thought out too. I’ve stayed in plenty of places where they give you a sad mini-fridge and call it “apartment-style,” but Casa Tascherio actually provides decent cooking equipment. Nothing fancy, but functional enough that I could make a proper breakfast without feeling like I was camping indoors. The whole setup feels like they actually considered what people need for longer stays, which makes sense given their 8.6 rating – you don’t get numbers like that by cutting corners on the practical stuff.

The service here is where things get interesting though. It’s not that overly formal hotel experience where everyone’s trying to anticipate your every need (which honestly can be exhausting). Instead, the staff just… knows their stuff. When I needed recommendations, they didn’t hand me some generic tourist brochure – they actually gave me directions to places that felt real. And here’s a small thing that mattered more than I expected: the check-in process was genuinely smooth. No standing around for twenty minutes while they “prepare your room,” no upselling attempts. Just straightforward efficiency. The internet connection was solid too, which – let’s be real – can make or break a stay these days, especially if you’re trying to get any work done. Overall, Casa Tascherio feels like the kind of place you’d recommend to someone who wants comfort and reliability without paying for a bunch of amenities they’ll never use. It’s not trying to be the fanciest option in town, but it absolutely delivers on being a really good one.

  This house is amazing, very comfortable, beautiful, close to the city centre and in a beautiful neighborhood. There is more or less all you need to make it almost like your own house for your stay. There is even the lift inside the house that helps a lot with heavy bags and groceries shopping. Can't really complain about anything. The staff too is great to help you if you need anything at all or for any issue you may have. A very good month spent there.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing I really didn't like, more of a couple of suggestions. Being an area famous for wine I would suggest to leave at least a couple of wine glasses(especially for your great Valpolicella) and not just flutes.And maybe the proper fitted sheets for the bed don't

  Sehr modern gestaltete Altbauwohnung über 3 Etagen mit Treppen oder eigenem Fahrstuhl in der Wohnung.Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
  
  What could be improved: Wäre nett , wenn eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank stehen würde. Vielleicht noch ein bisschen Infomaterial über Verona.

  Apartamento increíble, limpio, bien ubicado (al otro lado del río, te obliga a cruzar un puente de piedra romano todas las mañanas). Todas las comodidades posibles y muy amable el trato con el personal
  
  What could be improved: Fue un problema la ducha ya que el agua caliente no funcionaba muy bien y ducharse era una odisea. Tampoco nos gustó el check out a las 10h un domingo.

  The place was 10 min away from the center of Verona!
  The house was spacious and clean! It is built on 3 levels with a lift inside (easier for people with disabilities). There are 2 bathrooms (linen included), 1 room and several sofas with lots of space to store clothes etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The presence of a laundry machine is also appreciated. The Indications were clear and staff was super responsive!
  
  What could be improved: All in all, the location and the house are really comfortable!
