Sometimes the places that don’t try too hard to sound fancy end up being exactly what you need. This 4-star property has that rare quality of feeling like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed home rather than a sterile hotel room, and with a 9.2 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks they’re doing something right.

What struck me most during my stay was how thoughtfully everything was set up – I mean, whoever manages these flats actually gets what travelers want. The kitchenette wasn’t just for show (you know how some places give you a microwave and call it a kitchen?) – it was properly stocked with decent cookware and even had those little touches like good olive oil and proper coffee. The living spaces had that lived-in comfort without feeling worn down, if that makes sense. Natural light pours in through generous windows, and honestly, the WiFi was faster than what I have at home. Small details matter when you’re trying to get work done or just want to stream something after a long day of sightseeing.

The apartment setup really shines if you’re planning a longer stay or traveling with family – there’s actual space to spread out and live a bit, rather than cramming everything into one hotel room. I found myself using the dining table for morning coffee and evening wine in equal measure, which felt wonderfully normal. The neighborhood vibe is genuine too; you’ll hear real life happening around you without it being disruptive, and there are local spots within walking distance where you can grab groceries or a quick bite without feeling like you’re in a tourist bubble. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy lobby procedures or upselling attempts, just efficient communication and clear instructions. Sure, it’s not the kind of place where someone brings you fresh towels twice a day, but the trade-off in space, comfort, and that “home base” feeling makes it worth it, especially considering the quality you’re getting at this price point.

  The host was very responsive with any problems we had. The washing machine was broken, so they had someone check it the next day and as they had to oder a new one and it hadn't arrived by the time we left we were given a part refund. Now that is great service.

  Great space, clean, and comfortable. Location was easy to walk to everything. Nice little patio and a few amenities like Nespresso machine and toaster were handy.

  Breakfast was not included but that was ok. The full kitchen made preparing food very easy and there are numerous places to get breakfast, lunch or dinner that are very close by. The location was convenient and I always felt safe. Loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The apartment was very roomy and great value for the money. The host also made themselves available in helping me deal with lost luggage. They went above and beyond.
