They just handed over the keys and gave me the kind of practical local tips that actually matter, like where to find decent coffee early in the morning and which streets get loud on weekend nights. The building itself has character without being stuffy about it – you can tell it’s got some history, but it’s been updated enough that you’re not dealing with temperamental plumbing or sketchy electrical situations. Honestly, for the price point, I was expecting maybe some corners to be cut, but the maintenance standards are solid. Even small things like having enough towels and decent water pressure – basics that some fancier places somehow mess up – were handled well here. If you’re looking for Instagram-worthy luxury, this probably isn’t your spot, but if you want a place that feels genuine and gets the fundamentals right, it’s definitely worth considering.

  It s a beautiful house with a wonderful location ( the best ) but since it s on the ground floor there s a ot of noise in the morning the cleaners in the building start early and they are very noisy. ..the sofa and chairs need to be refirbished.. the orange material is old and dirty … for the rest , the staff is the nicest 👌, neighbourhood the best, elegant and close to the center with many pubs and coffee shops on the way ,the kitchen is small but it has everything except an oven, fridge is a bit tricky ( don t put vegetables until u are sure that it s well regulated ) … the TV can be bigger for this space ..But , despite the small details I had the best stay ever ✨️ 💕 thank you for everything .. it's a fairely very good house to rent!

  Die Lage ist das größte Plus der Wohnung. Ruhige Nebenstraße und nah zur Brücke in die Altstadt.
  Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke.
  
  What could be improved: Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr in der Küche ist sehr beschränkt.
  Das Sofa im geräumigen Wohnzimmer ist extrem niedrig, man versinkt geradezu darin.
  Der runde Glastisch im Wohnzimmer ist zwar dekorativ, aber als Esstisch eher schlecht geeignet.
  Allgemein ist die Einrichtung ein wenig lieblos gestaltet.
  Auch wenn die Schlüsselübergabe bei einer anderen Adresse gut funktioniert hat: Die Vermieterin hätten wir ganz gerne einmal persönlich kennengelernt.

  The property is very good value for money given the size of the apartment and its location. It has a fully equipped kitchen(including a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine), and a dining area. The staff seems great! Although we did not meet them they were very communicative.
  
  What could be improved: We had to collect the key of the apartment in a mailbox located about 1.4 km far from the property. A mailbox near the appartament would be more convenient.
