Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally in the center of everything that matters in Verona, but on a quiet side street where you won’t hear tour groups at dawn. Juliet’s balcony is maybe a three-minute walk, the Arena is five minutes tops, and you can wander to Piazza delle Erbe for morning coffee without breaking a sweat. The couples who stay here get it — they’ve rated the location 9.9, and I mean, when you can stumble back from dinner at a local osteria in under two minutes, you understand why.

The Space

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a stylish friend’s place than a typical hotel. Each unit has its own character — some with exposed beams, others with those gorgeous Italian tile floors that stay cool even in summer. The kitchen setup is actually functional (not just for show), which is rare in historic buildings like this. You know what surprised me? The modern amenities blend seamlessly with the old-world charm without feeling forced or out of place.

  Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Verona. Mitten im Zentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig durch die schalldichten Fenster. In den Sommermonaten ist es aufgrund der Klimaanlage auch nicht notwendig die Fenster in der Nacht zu öffnen. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise, werden aber bei unserem nächsten, längeren Besuch in Verona sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen und wir waren bestimmt schon an die 20 Mal da.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Bars usw. sind aufgrund der Lage natürlich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr schön ist der Ausblick auf die Piazza Erbe und direkt gegenüber auf die Casa Giulietta. Man kann auf dem kleinen Balkon der Wohnung sitzen und das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten und genießen. Die Gastgeberin haben wir zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, wir hatten aber von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise einen sehr netten und angenehmen Mailkontakt sowie ein reibungsloses Ein- und Auschecken.
  Als Parkplatz empfehlen wir das Parkhaus Arsenale, zwar ein bisschen weiter von der Wohnung entfernt, dafür aber große Parkplätze, hell und modern. Abraten würden wir vom Parkhaus Piazza Isola, falls man ein etwas tiefer gelegtes oder sehr großes Auto hat. In den freien Zeiten kann man in die ZTL einfahren und zum Be- und Entladen des Gepäcks fast bis zur Wohnung fahren (Parkplatz Piazza Francesco Viviani).

  When I first saw the property, I was apprehensive because of the small number of reviews. It looked great, so I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad that I did.
  
  The location was tops – quiet but near Piazza Erbe.
  The apartment itself was really beautiful and spacious. Completely renovated in an historic building, with beautiful wood ceilings and modern and high quality fittings.
  The kitchen was complete, but we did not use it other than to store bottles of water. The bedroom was serene and lovely, with a really comfortable bed.
  The bathroom and very large shower were remodeled to a high standard.
  
  The owner, Cristina, was always available, and very helpful with any little detail, from extra towels to a drying rack

  This is an apartment one could wish for! We totally enjoyed our stay in Verona mostly thanks to the comfortable, super renovated, top clean and perfectly located apartment of Cristina. The balcony and the comfortable beds are the highlight!
  
  You can reach EVERYTHING easily from here it's the perfect spot with the most beautiful location at Piazza delle Erbe and next to the Casa di Giullietta.
  
  The apartment is super furnished, it has a coffee machine, dishwasher and even a washing machine. The bathroom and the furniture in the apartment are very well renovated. The decoration and the scent in the apartment are super pleasant and comfortable.
  
  Her friend Ingrid also did the best job supprting and taking care of us by staying in touch, checking on us and helping us with EVERY request we had ❤

  What could be improved: If we stayed longer we would like to have more space to dry towels we would ask for a bit faster internet connection – but for the two nights everything was perfect!
