  Big cosy apartment in the central part of Verona. Nice beds, kitchen and bathroom. Friendly staff with whom we had good communication.

  Everything was ideal. Communication was good, reception to the apartment was excellent (even with a cute welcome sign with my name on the bed), clean, quiet. Easy to access, no stairs. Luggage storage was provided. The apartment had all the amenities, including coffee, two air conditioners (one for the bedroom and one for the living room), a huge bathroom sink, even a little external area. It made us want to live there. Too bad we just stayed one day.
  
  What could be improved: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. The only little thing I’d share with the staff is that the shower door seems to be slightly tilted and the bottom of it stays slightly open. But wetting the floor is easily prevented by placing a towel or a rug on the floor.
