The suites themselves are actually spacious – and I mean genuinely spacious, not that “European spacious” where you can barely open your suitcase. You’ve got proper living areas that don’t feel like an afterthought, and the kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped. I ended up making coffee there every morning instead of hunting down a café, which honestly saved me both time and money. The beds are that perfect firmness where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re drowning in foam, and the blackout curtains actually work – something you don’t fully appreciate until you’re trying to sleep off jet lag.

The staff here really knows their stuff, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to navigate a new area. They’re not just reciting generic tourist spots; they’ll actually ask what you’re into and give you recommendations that feel tailored. I mean, when’s the last time hotel staff suggested a local bakery that wasn’t in every guidebook? The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive – they somehow manage to refresh everything without making you feel like strangers have been rifling through your belongings. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM to avoid any potential room prep delays. One small thing – the elevator can be a bit slow during peak hours, but honestly, that’s such a minor inconvenience when everything else runs so well. The whole place has this calm, almost residential vibe that makes you feel more like you’re staying in a really nice apartment than a typical hotel. If you’re someone who values space to spread out, reliable service, and that rare combination of professionalism and warmth, Forum Suites delivers exactly what it promises without any of the pretension you sometimes get at highly-rated places.

• Perfect location for our stay – Helene from United Kingdom – 11 July 2025 (8/10)

  Location could not be better – a stones throw from everything. The communication was great from the hosts and the entry code system worked well. They were super helpful and let us store luggage in the basement on our check-out day.
  
  We were in the room on the top floor with the hot tub. The stairs, especially with luggage, are a workout which is fine for us but definitely a consideration. It is a sliver of a room – compact urban living. Overall it was a great base for us to explore Verona.
  
  What could be improved: The room was modern, stylish and well designed but not spacious – not much daylight. We had no hot water for our first two showers but this was resolved and the host was super helpful.
  
  We were excited about the hot tub. The views are special but the experience was impacted by being surrounded by the air con outlets and so much chlorine our eyes were burning from the fumes.

  Amazing rooftop with lovely view of surroundings, decorated to a high spec.
  
  What could be improved: Can’t be helped but the no lift and narrow stairs was a struggle to the top floor but we knew that when we booked !

  Location could not have been better
  The suite with the hot tub was breathtaking at night as a way to refresh , have a glass of wine , and see some of the best landmarks in Verona at the same time
  
  What could be improved: Being on the top floor with no elevator was a choice but tough when bringing the bags up , so if you are staying a few days it’s really just a 1-time annoyance

  The apartment is in the most perfect location – very easy to find and close to all attractions. The room has everything you need and is nicely designed. We particularly liked the fact that we could store our bags before and after our stay.

  Great location on Piazza Erbe, where a local market pops up and easy access to all the town's top locations, 5 minute walk from the bus drop off. They have storage for luggage where you can leave your bag after check out which was very accommodating. Rooms was spacious, clean and well decorated with a cute little balcony
  
  What could be improved: stairs are too tight and difficult to carry luggage up the stairs.
  The rooms don't have a lock from the inside, which makes you feel a bit uneasy being a solo traveler although the door would not open from the outside without the code.

  Fantastic location, walkable from train station, safe and secure, easy keyless access, nice and clean, comfortable bed. A few steps to the room but we knew this when we booked, nothing too strenuous.

  Roof terrace with hot tub was amazing, facilities in room small fridge and coffee machine. Amazing communication prior and during the stay.
  
  What could be improved: Air con wasn’t working on arrival but host came back out when contacted and re-set. Would have been 10/10 without this issue.
