  The apartment is very comfortable, furnished to a high standard and clean. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the center of the historic part of Verona.
  
  What could be improved: Construction is still going on in the building and so first impressions are not good. We found that parking was also difficult as there are businesses and students that also utilize the complex. The lift to the apartment is run down and noisy and given that the lift is next to the bedroom wall of the apartment this is disturbing at night. The apartment itself, however, is excellent.

  Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well equipped. Key handover and check-in was contactless and easy. Free parking spaces were available in front of the building all the time. I would highly recommend it.

  The apartment is brand new, impeccably clean, and incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a coffee machine, toaster, and even a washing machine, which adds an extra level of convenience.
  The location is perfect—right next to the train station and bus stops, making it ideal for early flights and easy access to buses heading into the city center. For those who enjoy walking, it’s just a short stroll to the heart of Verona.
  The owners were excellent and extremely friendly, with communication being smooth and responsive throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the self-efficient process.
  
  What could be improved: N/A – everything was perfect in the apartment. Apartment building is carrying out some renovations but that that was not noisy or disturbing at all – in fact it was not going on during my stay at all.
