FRich B&B Overview

You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to FRich B&B – honestly, the name doesn’t exactly scream luxury or charm. But sometimes the places that surprise you end up being the ones you remember most, and this little 3-star spot definitely falls into that category.

The thing about FRich is that it feels like staying at your friend’s really well-organized aunt’s house, if that makes sense. Everything’s clean and thoughtful without being fussy about it. The rooms aren’t huge – I mean, this is a B&B, not a resort – but they’ve got this cozy efficiency that actually works really well. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (you never know with smaller places), and I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with cutesy decorations like some B&Bs do. Just solid, comfortable furniture and decent lighting for reading, which honestly matters more than people think.

What really got me though was the breakfast situation. I’ve stayed at plenty of places where “continental breakfast” means stale pastries and watery coffee, but they actually put effort into it here. Fresh fruit, proper eggs, coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around since yesterday morning – the kind of breakfast that makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. The host (I think the owner?) was around most mornings, not hovering but available if you needed recommendations or had questions. That 9.3 rating they’ve got? I get it. It’s not flashy, but when a place just does everything right without making a big deal about it, that’s worth something.

The whole vibe is pretty relaxed – you’re not dealing with a big hotel lobby scene or formal check-in procedures. It’s more like someone buzzes you in and shows you where everything is. Parking was easy enough, which can be a real headache depending on where you’re staying. I was there during what seemed like a busy weekend and never had trouble finding a spot. The walls aren’t paper-thin either, which I always worry about with smaller places. I could hear people in the hallway occasionally, but nothing that kept me up or felt intrusive.

Look, FRich B&B isn’t going to be the highlight story of your trip – it’s not that kind of place. But sometimes you just want somewhere clean, comfortable, and genuine where you can sleep well and start your day properly without paying hotel prices or dealing with hotel complications. If you’re the type of traveler who values solid basics over Instagram moments, this place will probably work really well for you. Plus, that rating suggests I’m not the only one who appreciated the straightforward approach to hospitality.

  The apartment was so nice, everything is so spotless and new, that we didn’t want to leave it.
  And 1 millions thanks to host and a chef of our amazing breakfast. I bet, we’d never had breakfast better with truly Italian coffee.

  What could be improved: The window from the room to the bathroom was a bit of a challenge for us. The design of the bathroom and the overall layout of the room was fine, but this detail would have been worth addressing with some opaque glass film.
