There’s this wonderful lived-in quality to the common areas that makes kids feel comfortable enough to just be kids, while parents can actually relax instead of constantly worrying about noise complaints. The breakfast setup is particularly clever (and I say this as someone who’s endured way too many chaotic hotel breakfast scenes with little ones) – they’ve got this flow that somehow keeps the morning rush from turning into total mayhem.

What really sold me, though, was watching how the staff interacted with guests. You could tell they’re used to families and genuinely enjoy the energy kids bring, rather than just tolerating it with gritted teeth. I overheard one of them giving detailed directions to a family about the best gelato spots nearby – not the touristy ones, but the places locals actually go. That kind of insider knowledge isn’t something you get from a script. The rooms themselves feel thoughtfully designed too, with enough space that you’re not tripping over suitcases and that essential extra seating area where someone can read while others are winding down. Little details like having actual hangers (not those impossible attached ones) and decent lighting for evening routines – you know, the stuff that makes traveling with family less of an endurance test and more like, well, a vacation.

  The house is very cosy and the layout is very convenient, as it allows 2 families to stay together without being in each other’s way. It has eveything a traveller needs; most of all, it has a super helpful and kind host (Elisa), ready to proive assistance for everything!

  Very cosy apartment, the terrace is great – airy, 100% shade and protected from rain, fully equipped kitchen and lots of toys for the younger kids, awesome gelateria 5min by foot, bus stop also 5mins away.

  Apartment is very comfortable and suitable for the big family stay. Elisa is a great host, extremely helpful and very friendly. More than we could expect. The bus stop is not far from the apartment. Bus runs every 20 minutes to the city center.

  Very nice villa house with plenty of space, many rooms,inside-outside, rooms, 2 toilets, full equipped cousin…etc. Nice area without traffic and space for parking. Enough close to Verona centre about 10 min driving and easily access to Garda lake.

  An amazing house, unique, with character, very suitable for a family, large and spacious, the kitchen is equipped and comfortable to cook in and the patio balcony is perfect. Elisa the host is charming and very helpful. She recommended us 2 authentic and local Italian restaurants, which were the highlight of the restaurants in our trip.
