The owners clearly know what they’ve got here, and they’ve positioned everything to make the most of those panoramic views. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep that intimate, personal feel despite being popular enough to maintain such stellar reviews. The staff actually remembers your name after day one, which is rarer than you’d think these days.

Honestly, the whole place has this authentic Italian charm that you can’t fake – you can tell it’s family-run from the way they fuss over the details. The breakfast setup isn’t fancy, but everything tastes homemade (because it probably is), and they’ll happily chat about the best local spots if you’re not rushing off somewhere. I actually ended up staying an extra night because I wasn’t ready to leave – something about the atmosphere just makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy being there. The rooms are clean and comfortable without trying too hard to be trendy, which I appreciated. Sure, it’s not going to have all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, but that’s honestly part of its appeal. Sometimes you just want a place that feels genuine, where you can tell the owners actually care about your experience rather than just processing you through like a number. Plus, for a 3-star property with a 9.5 rating, you know they’re doing something very right.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Verona at least two months ahead for major events like opera performances and wine festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular romantic sites.

  Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of town , all the sites are walkable. Right by shops and a beautiful square, fab bars and restaurants.

  Great location, in the heart of things. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was a good size with a little balcony. It was great to have a small table with chairs and a kitchenette. Definitely safe with an interesting entry and exit method. The bed was comfortable, water was hot, WiFi was good. Cafes and restaurants are so close and Piazza Erbe is literally a couple of minutes walk. We walked everywhere including to the funicular. We didn’t get to meet our hosts, a sign of the times, but Ilaria provided excellent instructions prior to our arrival including somewhere to store our luggage until check in was available. It was only a couple of minutes from the apartment. There was also a lot of tourist information in the room. We would definitely recommend.

  Absolutely lovely apartment, the pictures don’t really do it justice. Comfy bed, balcony, a pretty well equipped kitchenette for its size. Bathroom was clean and lovely. It couldn’t really be much better for location. Easy to get in to and safe. Use the pictures to know which door to open, we were tired after our flight and it took us a few minutes to realise. The host was also incredibly helpful and stayed in contact to check we got into the apartment okay.

  Perfect location. Hard to beat it. A few steps from Julieta's house and Piazza Erbe.
  It's a lovely studio apartment. Bathroom is spacious, and bed is confortable. Easy check-in and checkout.
  
  What could be improved: A bit noisy. Heating system is quite noisy (you ended up gettinguse to it), and the little alley where's located gets busy at night.
