During the day, you can walk to the arena in maybe two minutes, but at night it’s surprisingly quiet – well, except for those magical moments when you catch the music rehearsals or the occasional late-night crowd heading home after a show. The neighborhood has that authentic Italian residential feel, not the tourist-heavy atmosphere you get closer to Juliet’s balcony (which, let’s be honest, gets pretty overwhelming). Parking was actually manageable too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate Verona’s old town with a rental car, you’ll appreciate more than any fancy amenities. The check-in process was refreshingly personal – felt more like a friend handing over their apartment keys than a sterile hotel transaction, and they actually knew the area well enough to give recommendations beyond the obvious tourist spots.

  The room was fine, although a sofa or second armchair would be nice, and some details (sliding door of the bathroom, the wardrobe, the sheets that keep slipping off the bed) feel a little off. The location was excellent.

  This place was a great choice. Hot water runs excellent. The bed is very comfortable. Safe surroundings. Definitely a recommendation.
  
  What could be improved: There was a little noise in the evening (but not during the night). There are recycling bins in the immediate vicinity and many bars that recycle empty wine bottles when they close. That makes some noise, but we think that comes with the package if you're sleeping in the city's heart.
