The check-in was straightforward, no fuss, and the staff actually seemed to care about whether you had a good stay rather than just going through the motions.   A very good appartment. Clean, large and comfortable. Not far from a railway station.

  Hotel is extremely comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: There are two addresses in your property address on the website. You need to tell people to ignore the "where to pick up keys" My friend put the wrong address in the phone and we walked 30minutes, only to then take an Uber to the hotel. Please change this on the booking page, just put one address on property address. You wouldn't answer the phone so it wasted time for us and made us extra tired and stressed.

  Spacious and clean apartment. Good fit for a family with little kids. Great location, 5-7 minutes walk to Verona main train station, close to restaurants and bars.

  Clean and very roomy from what we were used to travelling as a couple. Definitely recommend if you don't mind a beautiful stroll down to the main tourist spots.

  A lot of space in the appartment, with 3 separated rooms. Excellent location, walking distance less than 15 minutes from train station and less than 15 minutes to central touristic area. Strong wi-fi. Key delivered on hidden place outside of the building which helped us to get in immediately prior to official check-in timing. Kitchen well equiped but lack of space, at once only 2-3 guests can eat/sit. Neihgborhood really quite no matter of intensive traffic around the corner. Spacious toilet, all necessities and towels provided. Very clean
  
  What could be improved: Although our stay was in April, nights were pretty cold, central heating was not available and 1 (of 2) air conditioners were not working, which left us to heat whole appartment with only one air con, which was not easy. On the day of arrival we informed landlord but no one appeared to assist on heating issue.

  The apartment is very large particular the bedrooms.
  
  It was convenient for the train station, 10 minute walk with cases.
  
  Also convenient for seeing all the touristy things.
  
  What could be improved: There was no instructions on what to do about getting keys even though we had told them when we would arrive, we then had to phone and wait 25 minutes.
