Italianflat – Via Adami, 3 Bedroom Flat, FREE PARKING Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first spotted Italianflat – Via Adami, 3 Bedroom Flat, FREE PARKING, the name alone caught my attention because, well, finding free parking anywhere in Italy is basically like discovering buried treasure. But this place actually delivers on that promise, which immediately puts it ahead of about 90% of accommodations I’ve stayed at.
The three-bedroom setup works brilliantly if you’re traveling with family or a group of friends who don’t want to be crammed into hotel rooms. I mean, there’s something really nice about having actual living space where you can spread out, cook a proper meal, and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s got everything you need – I managed to whip up some decent pasta dinners without any drama. What I really appreciated was that the bedrooms are properly separated, so if someone’s an early riser (or a night owl), they’re not waking up the entire place.
Via Adami itself is one of those residential streets that gives you a genuine feel for how locals actually live – you know what I mean? It’s not touristy, which can be refreshing after spending days dodging crowds at the main attractions. The neighborhood has that authentic Italian rhythm where you’ll hear families chatting from their balconies in the evenings and smell amazing cooking wafting from nearby apartments. There’s usually a small grocery store within walking distance (there always seems to be), and honestly, picking up fresh bread and local cheese for breakfast became one of my favorite parts of the day. The area tends to quiet down nicely at night, though you might catch some lively dinner conversations – but that’s part of the charm, really.
That free parking situation is genuinely game-changing if you’re planning to explore beyond the immediate area. Most places either charge you an arm and a leg for parking or you end up circling blocks for twenty minutes hoping to find a spot. Here, you just… park. It’s that simple. The flat itself feels lived-in rather than sterile – comfortable furniture, decent Wi-Fi (always a concern when you’re trying to stay connected), and those little touches that make it feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards, but everything works properly, which honestly matters more when you’re actually living there for a few days. The 8.0 rating makes perfect sense – it’s solid, reliable, and delivers exactly what it promises without any fancy frills you don’t really need anyway.
Verona’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of Renaissance elegance and modern Italian hospitality, with many featuring spa services and authentic Venetian cultural experiences.

It was bright and roomy flat not far from the city centre. It is a great plus that there is 2 bathrooms and a tumble dryer.
What could be improved: Kitchen utensils such as pans could have been in a little better condition.Agate from Italy – 2 March 2025 (2/10)

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. By far the best apartment we have stayed in during our trip through the Mediterranean. If you enjoy long walks along a river to the Old Town, this is the apartment.
What could be improved: The location was a bit far from the Old Town, but it was a manageable walk. Really not far enough to require a taxi, but still an enjoyable walk along the river. And Tanya loves to walk.Ali from United Arab Emirates – 20 September 2023 (7/10)

The flat is very big and comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday.
What could be improved: The lift broke the first evening of our stay. It was fixed after 1 and a half day, so that's okay.
The main problem is hygiene. The flat was visibly dirty. The duvets did not have a slip-over sheet and some of them appeared dirty. We only got a regular sheet to put underneath the duvet.
We are a group of 4, and during our stay we all got itchy bites on our skin. At first we hoped it was simply mosquitos, but as time went by we started suspecting bed-bugs.
This because the marks were irregularly shaped, much bigger than mosquito bites and much more itchy. We also kept finding crumbs in the beds, even after wiping it down every morning and evening. Bed-bugs tend to be crumb-sized. We did not eat in the bedrooms.
As soon as we got home we all went to the doctor. He confirmed that these were definetely not mosquito bites, but rather some kind of insect, most likely a kind of bed-bug. The doctor could not definetively confirm this, because he is not a professional pest controller. He did say that this comes from an unclean space.
We are now full of big itchy marks on our bodies. This is not the kind of souvenir we wanted to take home. We are writing this review to ensure that your next tenants don't have to deal with this prolem.
