It’s one of those streets that feels authentically local without being too far from where you’ll want to spend your time. I mean, you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not wandering around lost trying to find a decent coffee in the morning. The building itself has that slightly worn Italian charm – nothing fancy, but solid and real. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to some of the busier hotel strips. You’ll actually get some sleep here, which honestly can be hit or miss with vacation rentals.

The apartment setup works really well, particularly if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with family. Having a proper kitchen means you can grab fresh ingredients from local markets – and trust me, there’s something satisfying about making your morning espresso the way you like it instead of hoping the hotel gets it right. The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I know some people love and others find a bit casual for their taste. The 7.0 rating feels about right to me – it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, but everything works, it’s clean, and the value is solid. Check-in was straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming arrival times ahead of time since it’s not a traditional hotel setup with 24-hour desk service. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for staying connected, and honestly, the whole vibe just felt more authentic than staying in a generic hotel chain. If you’re the type who likes to experience a place like a temporary local rather than a tourist passing through, this kind of setup really delivers on that front.

  Wohnung wie auf den Bildern, die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, sehr sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht, der Duschschlauch im zweiten Bad ist schlecht montiert – nur die Hälfte des Wassers kam in der Brause an. Schlüsselübergabe war in einem Büro in der Stadt zu tätigen. Keine Handseife im Bad. Die kommunikation im Vorfeld war eher ok, keiner im Büro wie vereinbart-die gestartete Kommunikation über Booking wurde nicht bearbeitet, über whatsapp kam nur die Hälfte der Infos – bei booking falsche Adresse hinterlegt. Preis-Leistung hat für uns deswegen nicht gepasst.
