The property itself has that comfortable, lived-in feel that some of the fancier hotels try so hard to manufacture. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, which I actually find refreshing. The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid 3-star – clean, functional, with those little touches that show someone cares about the details. The 7.2 rating feels about right to me; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s not going to disappoint either. I’ve noticed the staff seems to genuinely know the area well, which is more valuable than you might think when you’re trying to figure out where to grab dinner or which route to take in the morning.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings – there’s something about the layout or maybe just the type of guests it attracts, but you’re not dealing with hallway noise at midnight. The terrace area becomes this nice little retreat spot where you can actually sit with a coffee or glass of wine without feeling like you’re on display. During my stay, I saw families using it during the day and couples in the evenings, and somehow it never felt crowded. The parking situation (since they make such a point of it) is actually pretty straightforward – there’s a decent-sized lot that doesn’t require any parallel parking gymnastics, which honestly made my whole trip less stressful. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a place memorable, and this spot seems to get that.

  Bémol sur l'équipement ménager insuffisant et vétuste (cafetière Nespresso hors d'usage).
  Literie non adaptée à 4 couchages adultes (1 petit lit avec sommier sans matelas et 1 futon en guise de lit.
  Pas de produits vaisselle ni torchons, pas de couteaux de cuisine.
  Ménage trop succinct (mégots dans le cendrier et bouteilles vides des précédents locataires).

  La disponibilità a venire incontro alle nostre richieste da parte dell'host Tommaso, compresa la comunicazione sempre puntuale ed un'ottima assistenza. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro e ben collegata anche con la fiera, le maggiori attrazioni e con FS Porta Nuova. Buona anche la pulizia dell'alloggio. Ottima facilità e velocità nel fare il check-in.

  The terrace of the apartment is great. Ideal to have a dinner every day after your daily trip in Verona. The location is close to the main sights so I enjoyed it as well. We liked the coffee machine to prepare our daily breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: There is a laundry machine but no soap to use.
  We had an small incident with one of the neighbours that was not happy to see us there. The apartment owner should fix the problems with their neighbours to make the stay more pleasant to future guests.
