Sonia (yes, there really is a Sonia, and she’s lovely) has put genuine thought into every corner of this space. The apartment has this warm, lived-in feeling that’s actually welcoming rather than sterile – you know how some places feel like they’ve never been touched by human hands? This is the complete opposite. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just the usual sad hotplate and two mismatched cups you get in most apartment rentals. I actually ended up cooking several meals there because, well, it felt natural to do so. The Wi-Fi is solid (I worked remotely for a few days without any issues), and the shower pressure – okay, this might sound weird to mention, but after too many disappointing European showers, I was genuinely excited about this one.

What really struck me was how the place manages to feel both cozy and spacious at the same time. The rating of 8.9 makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s one of those scores that reflects real guest satisfaction rather than just fancy amenities. Sure, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge, but honestly? Sometimes those mid-range spots end up being the most memorable because they focus on getting the basics absolutely right. The neighborhood itself has this authentic, residential vibe where you’ll hear actual life happening around you – not touristy chaos, just the gentle hum of people going about their daily routines. I’d grab my morning coffee and watch the locals heading to work, which sounds boring but was actually pretty charming. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re someone who needs complete silence to sleep, bring earplugs – not because it’s loud, but because you’re staying in a real neighborhood with real people, and sometimes that means hearing a car door close at night or early morning footsteps on the stairs.

  Sehr gemütlich und sauber! Hundefreundlich! Der Vermieter Andrea hat mir geholfen, das Haus zu finden und hat mir alles gezeigt. Ich habe ein Apartment mit hohem Standard vorgefunden. Für mein Auto stand ein separater Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

  Lovely host and parked inside their driveway with closed gate. Partly rural out of city.
  Good shower and comfortable bed. Ten minutes walk to bus stop number 11 going into Verona town (25 minutes ride peak hour) TV have Netflix Amazon prime etc supermarket Migross three mins by car or walk 850 m

  If was very clean and comfortable place, we had everything. Also was a coffee machine and a TV set, tea kettle also and microwave. Even we were provided with drinking water and tea and coffee for free. Apartment is new, so everything was in order and looked new and shining. Also Andrea was very nice and explained everything also how to get to the city centre, it is direct bus connection there so it was no problem for us to reach it
