And speaking of timing, if you’re planning to stay here, just know that the neighborhood gets pretty lively on weekend evenings (not rowdy, just bustling), which I actually loved but might not be everyone’s cup of tea. The morning hours are absolutely perfect though – there’s this peaceful energy when you’re having coffee and watching the area wake up. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends, especially if they’re the type who gets excited about finding those hidden gems that feel more like a local discovery than a hotel booking.

Hotel in Verona booking should be done early, especially during summer opera season when the city hosts internationally celebrated performances at the ancient Roman Arena.

  absolutely delighted with our stay. the room was very centrally located the historic centre and had all the facilities we needed. the room was modern and clean and all we could hope for. the staff themselves were fantastic, all the communication was clear and helpful, and they gave us some useful tips whilst we were there. very helpful and very friendly.

  The room was very very beautiful, gorgeous decor and the location was perfect. Beautiful view of the river and Verona, 4min walking from a free parking lot and 10-15min walking to the city centre of Verona. We would choose the same area next time if we ever return. The messaging with the owner was so so smooth, the way they give you info through Whatsapp is great! Thank you for such ease of traveling!
  
  What could be improved: The room was a bit cold (we wisited during january), due to the building being a bit older, thus probably having too thin insulation. But for one night was ok.

  Lovely B&B with a great location just a few minutes walk to Verona’s main attractions. Spotlessly clean, bed is very comfortable, nice breakfast. Luca is a great host, making you stay even more pleasant!

  B&B Santo Stefano is very central and at the same time calm. It is a beautiful building, spacious, clean and Luca is an excellent host, always attentive to questions/requests. The breakfast was also very nice.
