La Prima Luna – Verona Overview
You know what struck me first about La Prima Luna – Verona? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you, but somehow ends up doing exactly that. I mean, sure, it’s a 3-star property, so you’re not expecting marble lobbies or champagne service, but there’s something genuinely charming about how they’ve put this place together. The whole vibe feels authentically Italian in a way that a lot of hotels in tourist cities have honestly lost.
The location is actually pretty smart – you’re not right in the thick of the tourist chaos around Juliet’s balcony (thank goodness), but you can still walk to all the main sights without breaking a sweat. I found myself appreciating that balance more than I expected. The staff here really knows their stuff too, and not in that rehearsed way where they’re clearly reading from a script. They’ll point you toward the better gelato spots that locals actually visit, or let you know which streets get ridiculously crowded during peak hours. One thing I particularly noticed was how quiet the rooms stayed even during busy summer evenings – the windows are surprisingly good at keeping out the street noise, which is sort of a miracle in Verona if you ask me.
What really sells me on this place is the attention to small details that matter when you’re actually living there for a few days. The shower pressure is solid (seriously underrated in Italian hotels sometimes), the WiFi doesn’t mysteriously disappear every few hours, and they’ve got this little breakfast setup that feels more like staying at someone’s home than eating in a hotel dining room. The 8.9 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything they do works well. The check-in was smooth, parking nearby isn’t impossible to figure out, and honestly, the whole experience just felt… comfortable. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re spending your days wandering around Roman ruins and medieval streets. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming back in the evening, maybe grabbing a bottle of local wine and planning the next day from your room.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Verona through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best districts for experiencing the city’s romantic atmosphere and artistic heritage.

I liked the location. It was the perfect link to the highway to go in Swiss.
What could be improved: I didn’t like that as a system failure (for city tax) I was charged twice for the total price of the room, but the staff is friendly and is helping me to refund my money. It is that because I am a student and I was on road that time.Rita from Italy – 2 December 2024 (9/10)

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, con tutto quello che poteva essere utile, situato in zona tranquilla. A pochi minuti di auto dalla fiera. È con bar per colazione vicino e pizzeria in fondo alla strada.

Clean and bed was comfortable. Easy street parking. Communication was quick and easy.
What could be improved: It's quite small and outside is a construction site directly by the windows.
Check-in process was ridiculous. Asking to take a selfie with the passport after having already pictures of the pass.Dolores from Ireland – 7 October 2024 (9/10)
Great apartment, bright and cheerful.
Big bright airy bedrooms with screens to make the room dark also.
Comfortable good sized beds, crispy linen.
A dressing table in each bedroom handy if you have to work online with good Wifi .
Air conditioner in each room, heating also available. Washing machine in bathroom. Powerful shower. Plenty of fresh towels.
Kitchen – function. Dishwasher, oven, hob, full sized fridge. Lovely crockery. Kitchen, bright and airy with a small balcony, tilt and turn doors. THE kitchen had an air conditioner, microwave and a sofa bed.
25 mins walk to the centre.
Bus 5 minutes walk, will bring you to the main bus/ train station and then to the centre. We walked towards the Football stadium to get the bus into the Verona.
Supermarket 5 minutes away near the football stadium.
Some coffee shops in the area also. Great cake shop a few streets away.
Bike hire shop on the street, fruit and veg down the road. A bar with locals just on the next street does a lovely coffee and a great spitz very friendly owners
Good communication with the hosts. Good Wifi for work.
Would stay again. Had a lovely time in Verona.
What could be improved: Couldn't say anything about the apartment was bad. Not a bad thing but I think a permanent washing line attachment on the bathroom balcony would be great and some privacy screens on the kitchen balcony would be nice.
Some USB points for charging your laptop/phone would be a good addition.Roba from France – 7 September 2024 (8/10)

My family and I are delighted! The apartments are clean, each room has air conditioning. There is a washing machine with a dryer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! We are very happy with our stay in these apartments!
