The whole vibe here is refreshingly unpretentious. I mean, this isn’t your standard boutique hotel with perfectly coordinated everything – it’s got character, you know? The furniture feels collected over time rather than ordered from a catalog, and there’s this lived-in comfort that actually makes you want to settle in rather than just snap photos for Instagram. The rooms have these interesting architectural details – maybe slanted ceilings or unexpected nooks – that really do give you that attic feeling, but spacious and airy, not cramped. I particularly loved how they’ve managed to balance that bohemian aesthetic without it feeling cluttered or trying too hard.

What really impressed me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about your experience without being overly formal about it. They’ll chat with you about local spots that aren’t in the guidebooks, and they actually remember your coffee preferences after a day or two. The 7.8 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow you away with luxury amenities or five-star service, but it delivers something more valuable: authenticity. This is the kind of place where you might end up having an impromptu conversation with other guests in the common areas, or where you’ll discover that perfect little café around the corner because someone on the staff mentioned it in passing. If you’re looking for a hotel that feels more like staying at a friend’s place (a friend with excellent taste and a knack for making spaces feel warm and welcoming), then you’ll probably fall for this place the way I did. Just don’t expect corporate polish – expect something better.

  Lovely quirky place with everything required. Found the choice of tiles funny and added to the quirkiness. Instructions were spot on and communication good. Location ideal for anywhere. Easy to get to. Loved the little secluded balcony area with lovely views at night.
  
  What could be improved: It has low ceilings but this didn’t bother us. The bed needs addressing and for this reason only, we would not come back. The bed is old. You can feel the spring and the noise every time you move. I woke up with backache and didn’t sleep. If the bed was upgraded we would love to stay again.

  The flat is smack in the middle of all places you want to see but quiet and peaceful. It’s tiny and not luxurious but super cosy and nice. I felt at home from the first moment. The terrace has an awesome view, birds flying and church bells ringing, I spent my mornings there in peace.

  What could be improved: It’s a bit run down, not the Ritz Carlton but hey, it is a little quaint home. Bumped my head a few times as the ceiling is low but I’m 190 and learned to be careful. I would not go there with 3 people but for one or 2 it’s really nice.

  Super convenient and comfortable with everything. Amazing decorations, there are almost everything you need there and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The view from the rooftop which is also the room we stayed was absolutely stunning, I would totally have a wine night out there in the autumn.
