The thing about staying here is that it feels like you’ve stumbled onto something the locals have been keeping to themselves. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with marble lobbies and chandeliers – instead, it’s got this authentic, lived-in quality that makes you feel like you actually belong in the neighborhood rather than just passing through as a tourist. The rooms have character, you know? Like, the kind of place where the details matter but they’re not shouting about it. I noticed things like really good lighting (which sounds minor until you’re trying to read or get ready), and the kind of quiet that lets you actually sleep, even though you’re right in the middle of everything.

What really sold me on this place was how the staff treats you – not like a hotel guest going through the motions, but more like they’re genuinely happy you chose to stay with them. Check-in was smooth, but more importantly, they actually knew their neighborhood and could point me toward things I wouldn’t have found otherwise. And here’s something practical that matters way more than people think: the whole place just works. The wifi doesn’t cut out when you need it, the shower has proper pressure, the bed is actually comfortable – all those little things that can make or break a trip. For a 3-star hotel pulling a 9.0 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I get it. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something good rather than just booked a room for the night.

  Comfortable bed, great location.
  
  What could be improved: Poor water pressure in the shower. Sparsely equipped kitchen (no egg flipper, no plug for the sink, really small dish towel. Not the most secure door lock on the apartments pocket entry door.

  The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment is very well situated, within easy walking distance of most sites.
  
  What could be improved: The only slight issue is that you could hear passersby on the road, which wasn't a big problem as the place is on a quiet street.

  It is a prime location within Verona, perfect to explore it all. We were greeted by a representative on the location, who made sure to pinpoint all the best attractions in the area along with other food locations. The apartment is very clean with great facilities. All staff were very helpful and respectful.
  
  What could be improved: The WiFi was not working when we arrived, but the staff made sure to get it fixed fast and we were able to use it on the last day of our stay, it is unlikely to happen again. There are not many kitchen utensils, like scissors, which we needed before checking out.

  The location was perfect – very close to the Arena. It was quiet and secure. Air conditioning was very important as it was very hot during our stay.
