  Facilities are brand new and hotel is very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Location is a bit sketchy especially in the night because of the surrounding area. I also did not appreciate the receptionist making a photo copy of my credit card. I complained about it and he acted offended. I have travelled around Europe and the standard practice is to block an amount equal to the guarantee on the credit card. Anything else is fishy and I am unsure if it is GDPR compliant.

  The hotel was interesting because it was old and modern. The shower was amazing
  
  What could be improved: Despite paying extra for a hotel with a spa we found out that there was an additional charge to use it. This should be clear in the information before you book. It was not a minimal charge, it was expensive

  Staff were very friendly and helpful, they suggested lots of activities to do during the day and some great local authentic restaurants to try. The spa was great.

  The spa was excellent, very relaxing.
  The location was great for exploring nearby and close to public transport to explore further afield.

  The breakfast was lovely, loads of options from yoghurt, cereal, cakes and even bacon. The staff were brilliant in particular Olga, she was amazing and so friendly.
  We private hired the spa for an hour and it was stunning, perfect addition to our stay

  Hotel, our room, staff and breakfasts were amazing!
  
  What could be improved: Hotel was a taxi trip from airport, we were unable to find any local transport (bus, train) to take us into the city.

  What could be improved: The romantic package was not worth it, they use fake rose pedals and the fruit was not fresh. However, the Prosecco was decent, the rest of the hotel was really nice tho!

  Fantastic quiet hotel, loved the cosy room atmosphere and spa. Fantastic coffee!
  
  What could be improved: There could be a little more storage option in the room as nowhere really to unpack the bags.
  Also hot breakfast options were little poor.
