Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Loft Corticella, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The name has this industrial-chic vibe that could go either way, you know? But after staying there, I get it. This 3-star place has that perfect sweet spot where you’re getting way more than you paid for without any of the pretentious nonsense.

The whole setup actually feels like someone took a genuinely cool loft space and turned it into a hotel without losing its character. You walk in and there’s this immediate sense that real thought went into the design – not just some corporate decorator throwing around generic “modern” furniture. The rooms have these high ceilings and industrial touches that actually work, plus the lighting is surprisingly well done (which, honestly, most hotels completely mess up). What really got me was how quiet it stays at night. I mean, you’re not in some remote countryside location, but the way the building is positioned, you’re not dealing with constant street noise either.

The staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing, which makes such a difference. During check-in, they didn’t just hand me a key card and point toward the elevator – they actually walked me through the neighborhood highlights and gave me some solid restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the usual tourist traps. And here’s something I really appreciated: the wifi actually works properly throughout the building. Sounds basic, but you’d be amazed how many places still can’t get this right. The common areas have this relaxed energy where you might actually want to hang out, not just rush through to get to your room. I ended up having coffee there most mornings because it felt more authentic than the chain places nearby. With an 8.7 rating, they’re clearly doing something right – and after spending time there, I can see why people keep coming back. It’s got that rare combination of being stylish without trying too hard, comfortable without being boring, and well-run without feeling overly managed.

  Wonderful apartment – has everything that is needed even for a longer stay: clean, spacey, comfy beds, and great coffee. Good price value. The host organized additional cleaning in the middle of our stay. Top location – all the tourist places can be reached on foot.

  Very centrally located – 5 minute walk to the Arena, Porta Leoni and Tomba di Giulietta.
  The property looks exactly like the pictures and was equipped with shower gel, soap, a Moka pot, ground coffee and tea and salt and pepper. It had all utensils needed for cooking and a dishwasher.
  As we were staying during 30+ degree weather, the AC and fan were great
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really – perhaps the cooking utensils could have been a bit cleaner but that’s all.

  This was a perfectly clean beautiful apartment an easy 7 min walk from the Arena. Michele had thought of everything. Oven pans, coffee pot, coffee tea, drinking water, soap, shampoo/body wash, towels, air conditioning, fan TV, ironing board and iron, kitchen roll,toilet rolls, dish washing liquid and sponge. Fridge and freezer. Bathroom has beautiful shower. The bed on upper level is super king size and the sofa bed a double. My mum daughter and I were very comfortable and would strongly recommend this apartment which is exactly as pictured. Through the wooden doors on via Rofiola you enter a courtyard and it is the last door on the left next to the garage.It was nice and quiet. From the outside door, you turn right head toward the city wall, turn right, keeping the wall on your left until the arena appears on your right. Really easy to find.

  The apartment is well set out. it has a nice kitchen area, the bed is comfortable and the sitting area with the sofa and table is lovely. It is very conveniently situated for the arena and just a short walk to the old centre of Verona. The self check in worked well too. We were very grateful for the air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom wasn’t very good. The shower leaks and the floor was very dirty. it needed a good scrub! This needs some attention.

  Excellent place! Super close to all the highlights of Verona, but in a quiet spot away from the touristy areas.

  Safe & quiet location, yet only 3-5 mins from the Arena, Piazza del Erbe, the riverside & local bars/eateries; & 2 mins from the excellent cafe/bar Il Piccolo Coloniale a la Torre. A lovely, comfortable, modern & well furnished apartment. We welcomed clean towels & bedding mid week too. Our host Martina was very helpful. We recommend this apartment with no hesitation.
