  Spacious room with balcony overlooking the Casa del Mutilato. Fall asleep with the philharmonic orchestra practicing nearby, if you are lucky. The host is friendly and helpful, even organising close and cheap parking for us nearby. Short walks the excellent restaurants and the sights of Verona.

  We had a lovely triple room with a balcony and a private bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom were both large and airy, and the beds were very comfortable. The host met us at the door and helped us with our luggage. There was a common area where you could make tea, and there was a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Extras like this are great. The location is excellent, very close to the Verona Arena, easy walking to the major sites.

  Perfect location 2mins from the amphitheatre in Piazza Bra.. Simone was a fantastic host and supplied cushions for us for our visit to Carmen.

  We (my mom and I) keep returning year after year because this place is absolutely immaculate and there is literally nothing that could be improved. Super easy to find, a 3-4 minute walk from Arena di Verona. Simone and his family are fabulous and their hospitality is unparalleled. The rooms are huge, there is a fridge in all of them, some of them come with a terrace. The rooms are immaculately clean, communication with the owners is easy. There is a big supermarket downstairs and the air conditioner deserves special praises in the Verona's scorching heat. It works like a charm and it really is much needed and appreciated (and so is the elevator as the property is on the third floor).
