I loved how quiet it gets in the evenings, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. The apartment itself has this lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake – whoever designed this space actually understands how people move through a home. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I actually cooked a few meals there), and the bed is one of those where you genuinely sleep better than at home. Small touches everywhere show someone cares about the details – proper hangers in the closet, decent water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light.

What really sets this place apart though is how it makes you feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary local. The morning light comes in just right, there’s a little balcony that’s perfect for coffee, and honestly, the whole setup just works. I’ve stayed in plenty of four-star places that felt cold and impersonal, but this has warmth without sacrificing any of the comfort you’d expect.   Fantastic location, we could walk absolutely everywhere. The apartment was big enough and cozy. Everything was clean and nice. We had a great time, would definitely come again.

  A great place for us to stay. Situated in the Old Town, walk to absolutely everything to see this beautiful old city. Caught the bus from the Stazione to San Ferme bus stop and walked from there with our bags. Close to the beautiful Cathedrals, arena, supermarket and restaurants. Also very close to the river. Everything was supplied by the Hosts and Vittoria was kind enough to meet us on site. Everything is supplied that you think you would need. Air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather.

  this property is in an excellent location, restaurants, cafes, attractions and bus stops all within 5 minute or less walking distance. it has everything you need for a home from home Italian living experience. the host is amazing, met us at the property and gave us a full run through of the facilities and surrounding area. would definitely stay again.

  It was really helpful to have the washing machine, powder, first breakfast etc. They have thought of everything here! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend/return.
