  The host, Roman, was friendly, extremely helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were so quaint, pretty and comfortable. Good heating inside too because it was very chilly outside due to the heavy rainfall several days earlier. Not forgetting super clean. High quality bedding and bathroom accessories including shower gel and shampoo, which were so useful to us because we forgot to pack ours from home. Breakfast was excellent, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, a wide selection of teas and juices. More than what we could eat 😁. Location was perfect too because we could park our car 50 metres away for free, with the hotel in sight, with easy walking access to the sightseeing spots and historical city centre. It was a lovely birthday weekend for me together with my husband and two daughters. Thank you to the kind and generous hosts, and booking.com's recommendation ❤️.   The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was amazing purely Italian! I highly recommend this accommodation!
  
  What could be improved: The location is not too close to the center. Bus required. However the bus stop (Bus nr. 11 goes directly to the historical center) is very close to the accommodation (just a 3 minute walk).
