I’ll be honest – when I first stumbled across Myresidenceverona, I wasn’t expecting much from what seemed like a straightforward three-star place. But you know what? Sometimes those assumptions bite you in the best possible way. This little gem turned out to be exactly what I needed during my stay in Verona, and I mean that in the most genuine sense.

What really struck me about this place is how it manages to feel like you’re staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment rather than some sterile hotel room. The whole vibe is residential – hence the name, I suppose – and there’s something refreshing about that approach. You’re not dealing with a massive lobby full of tour groups or fighting for elevator space with dozens of other guests. Instead, it’s got this intimate, almost boutique-like atmosphere that honestly made me feel more settled than I expected. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, which sounds small but makes a real difference when you’re trying to get local recommendations or need that extra towel.

The rooms themselves have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake – I’m talking about thoughtful touches like proper reading lights (you’d be surprised how many places mess this up), decent water pressure that doesn’t fluctuate every time someone else showers, and windows that actually open if you prefer fresh air over constant AC. The 8.7 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with marble everything, but the fundamentals are absolutely solid. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet even though Verona can get pretty lively, especially during opera season. I actually slept better here than at some fancier places I’ve stayed – sometimes you just want a good bed and blackout curtains that work properly, you know? The location puts you within easy walking distance of the main sights without being right in the thick of the tourist chaos, which honestly is the sweet spot if you ask me. You can wander over to check out Juliet’s balcony or grab an aperitivo in the evening, then retreat back to this peaceful little base. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks haven’t completely ruined yet.

  Great location,walk to city or bus right outside also bus outside to the train/bus station.
  Lovely locality.Spacious apartment with all you needed.A little noisy from the road but once we sorted the blonds was better,wouldn't put me off.

  The location is perfect. Not to close to the centre crowds and only a few minutes walk from it. The street is full of services (bars, icecream, market, banks, etc.). The apartment we had (Sun) is small and compact. We did not cook, but if you want to all kitchen amenities are there.

  The location was exceptional. Everything was in close proximity either on foot or by bus. The apartment was clean and all the instructions from the hostess were precise. The neighborhood is magnificent and has lots of nice places for gelato, aperitivo and coffee. We had a great time.

  Very nice, roomy apartment with a big bathroom and big bed. Was very thankful for the air conditioning. Location was a 15-20min walk to the arena, otherwise I would've been suspicious as to why this excellent place was so affordable, but in our eyes this was not a drawback as the residential area of the apartment was quiet and nice and the way there lined with coffee shops, gelateria and a supermarket.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment wasn't ready on time (over 30min late), though we could leave our suitcases there in the meantime.
  I was given the code for the door via email only 40min in advance, at which time I neither had data nor wifi.
  The drawers in the wardrobe were not clean (I decided to keep my clothes in the suitcase), but it seemed more like they had just been forgotten rather than that the apartment itself had not been cleaned well, as everything else was fine.

  We really liked the whole package which the apartment offers … Equipment, spacing, everything that you need is there. Very important for us (remote work) the quality of the wi-fi.
  
  What could be improved: One day we had a trouble with the lock (pin code wasn't working) so we had to contact the owner and used phisycal key … This was stressful … Another thing, there were black hair in the bathroom.
