Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Natural Chic – 10 min dall’Arena & Garage, I thought the name was a bit much. But after staying there, I actually get it. The place has this effortless style that doesn’t try too hard, which is refreshing when you’re dealing with all the tourist traps around Verona.

The location is honestly perfect if you’re planning to catch something at the Arena but don’t want to deal with the chaos of staying right in the thick of things. It’s close enough that you can easily walk over – and I mean actually walk, not that “walking distance” nonsense some places claim – but far enough that you’re not hearing drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. The garage situation is a godsend, too. Anyone who’s tried to park near the Arena knows what a nightmare that can be, especially during opera season. Having a guaranteed spot takes so much stress out of the whole experience.

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. You know how sometimes hotel people just recite the same rehearsed recommendations? Not here. When I mentioned I wanted good cicchetti but somewhere locals actually go, the front desk guy gave me specific times to avoid certain places and even drew a little map showing which streets get too crowded with tour groups. That 9.7 rating makes sense when you experience that kind of attention. The rooms themselves have character without being fussy – clean lines, good lighting, and honestly some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve encountered in Italy. They’ve got this thing figured out where everything feels intentional but not overthought, if that makes sense. The bathroom products actually smell nice (not like generic hotel soap), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. I stayed during a busy weekend in late spring, and while I could occasionally hear other guests in the hallway, it never felt disruptive. The building has good bones, you know? You can tell they put thought into the renovation rather than just slapping some paint on old walls and calling it boutique. For what you get – the location, the parking, the genuine hospitality – it’s actually solid value, especially considering how expensive staying near major attractions usually gets.

  The apartment was clean and spacious. I appreciated the two separate bathrooms. Communication with the owner was excellent. The accommodation met our expectations.

  Bed are very comfortable. Bathrooms are super . Love taking a shower . Easy to get in and out with self checkin . Host left us a bottle of wine and water . Bus station very close by , 3 minutes walk . Train station toon close by . Marco is the best host . He answered every single question we had and was very helpful. Location is away from the crowd which I loved . Great place to stay in Verona. Thank you Marco

  – Clean, redesigned modern apartment with nice bathrooms and showers
  – Marco was very helpful host and responds quickly
  – kitchen had everything we need
  – AC was excellent
  
  What could be improved: – The way for check in is bit tricky and NOT straight forward with too many steps and it needs internet connection. However, Marco was very cooperative and provided help (there is NO actual physical key)
  – Building is old and elevators are small
  – The garage was bit creepy, small and dark but its not a big deal as there are plenty of parking spots close to the building

  One of the best vacation apartment we have stayed in.
  The host was very nice( gave us instructions how to reach the apartment by train, by car, responded to all our questions).
  The apartment is very cosy, nicely decorated, spacious , displayed on 2 floors with stairs between them, so you have privacy on both floors. Each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom, air conditioner throughout the hole house.
  The apartment was veeeery clean, there were plenty of towels , hygiene products, a new kitchen sponge, a new kitchen towel, detergent for dishes.
  At the arrival there was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the fridge as a gift from the host.
  Everything is very well thought so that you have a pleasant vacation.

  The apartment was clean and spacious- plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Instructions for accessing the apartment and parking options were detailed, which was helpful. Parking was easy and the bus stop is right outside. Several cafes and a couple of restaurants nearby. Portable Wi-fi Hotspot was a nice extra, as was the bottle of wine and bottled water provided by the host.

  Everything was exceptional.
  Well-equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment, with easy and free parking in the streets around. Marco was polite and gentle and answered all of our questions within a short time.
