After staying there, I get why they crammed all that into the name. They’re basically telling you everything upfront, and honestly, they deliver on all of it.

The location is actually brilliant if you’re planning to catch something at the Arena (and let’s face it, if you’re in Verona, you probably are). I mean, you can literally walk there in about ten minutes, maybe fifteen if you’re stopping to peek into shop windows along the way. The Juliet’s House thing – Casa di Giulietta – is even closer, though I’d recommend hitting that early morning before the crowds descend like locusts. What really surprised me was how quiet it stays at night despite being so central. The building itself has this solid, old-world feel that just absorbs sound – you’d never guess there’s a busy street right outside.

The pet-friendly aspect isn’t just marketing speak either. I watched the staff genuinely light up when guests arrived with their dogs, and there’s actually a little welcome setup they do with water bowls and treats. My neighbor had this massive Golden Retriever who basically became the hotel mascot for the weekend – even the cleaning staff would stop to give him scratches. The rooms themselves feel more like staying in someone’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel. The ceilings are higher than you’d expect, and there’s this mix of modern comfort with original architectural details that actually works. I particularly loved the bathroom – proper water pressure and they’d clearly invested in good fixtures, not the flimsy stuff you sometimes get.

What really sets this place apart though is the staff’s local knowledge. The woman at reception (I think her name was Francesca?) steered me away from the touristy restaurants near Piazza delle Erbe and sent me to this incredible little osteria about six blocks away where I had the best risotto all’Amarone of my life. She also tipped me off that Thursday evenings the locals do this informal aperitivo crawl through the side streets – something you’d never find in a guidebook. The 9.0 rating makes total sense when you experience this kind of genuine hospitality. Sure, it’s not the fanciest place in town, and the elevator is one of those tiny European affairs that fits maybe two people and a small suitcase, but everything just… works. The breakfast spread was actually impressive – local pastries, proper coffee, and they even had some regional cheeses I’d never tried before. If you’re traveling with pets or just want a place that feels authentically Veronese without the tourist trap prices, this is your spot.

  Localização excepcional!! O atendimento pelos anfitriões foi ótimo! Super fácil para fazer checkin e receber as chaves. Foram extremamente prestativos e amamos o apartamento.   Muy buena ubicación cerca de los sitios turísticos, en la avenida de las grandes tiendas de ropa y accesorios. Cerca a supermercado. Buena limpieza. La cocina estaba bien dotada, con detalles que facilitan el viaje en familia, como aceite, sal, café, azúcar, agua, té, etc. la calefacción funciona muy bien. Nos dejaron guardar el equipaje antes del tiempo del checkin. Si volviera a Verona repetiría este lugar.
