When they say 5 minutes from the Arena, they’re not exaggerating – I timed it one morning when I was running late for a tour, and it was literally a four-minute walk to those iconic arches. But here’s the thing that really matters: you’re close enough to duck back to your room between sightseeing and dinner (trust me, your feet will thank you), but far enough that you won’t hear the crowds or late-night revelry echoing off those ancient stones. The parking situation is actually a godsend if you’re driving – and I say this as someone who’s circled Verona’s old town for thirty minutes looking for a spot before. Having guaranteed parking when you’re staying near Italy’s historic centers is worth its weight in gold, especially during opera season when the whole city feels packed.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to create this serene, Scandinavian-influenced atmosphere while still feeling authentically Italian. The rooms have these gorgeous light wood accents and neutral textiles, but then you’ll catch glimpses of the terracotta rooftops and medieval towers through the windows. The staff genuinely seems to care about your experience too – not in that overly formal hotel way, but more like they’re locals who want you to love their city as much as they do. I remember asking about a good spot for aperitivo that wasn’t touristy, and the front desk guy drew me this little map with three different routes depending on what kind of vibe I wanted. That 9.7 rating starts to make sense when you experience those kinds of thoughtful touches. The whole place just feels well-considered, from the lighting that’s perfect for winding down after long days of exploring, to the way they’ve soundproofed everything so you can actually sleep peacefully. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself lingering a bit longer in the morning because the space feels so calming, even when you’ve got a packed itinerary waiting outside.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Verona at least two months ahead for major events like opera performances and wine festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular romantic sites.

  The position of the property was perfect. In perfect walking distance of all the tourist attractions and shopping. But just far enough away from the busyness, great location. Lovely inside with everything you need from a city apartment. Clean, secure all modern facilities, internet really quick for kids, internet TV in all rooms, was just great for our family. The communication and helpfulness of Marco was amazing. The electronic locks to apartment worked great. Try the pizza shop on the way into town, 60cm sharing pizza great price and great tomato sauce.

  The apartment is simply pure perfection. Modern and stylish, with best comfy beds and equipped with great care to the details. Marco extremely helpful host. He really made Verona for as best stay point within whole our Italy journey. And by the way – location is literally 500m-1km from all city attractions, you don't need any transport since you locked your car into provided garage. Hope we can be back one day.

  The appartment is renovated in scandinavian style and is very nice. The size is great for a family of 5.
  The location is not directly in city center, but it is close enough – in walking distance. The kitchen is equiped well enough for small cooking & breakfasts during holidays. The host communicated very well and helped us when we needed it.
