The thing is, places like this – they either nail the personal touch or they completely miss the mark, and Opera in Love actually gets it right. The staff remembers your name after day one (not in that forced, corporate training way, but like they genuinely care), and the rooms have this lived-in comfort that feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than some sterile hotel chain. The decor leans into the opera theme without going overboard – think subtle musical notes worked into the wallpaper rather than dramatic red velvet everywhere.
