Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Opera Luxury Apartment, I was expecting something a bit pretentious, you know? But walking into this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s got that 4-star polish without feeling stuffy, and honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I can see why people keep coming back.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to blend that apartment-style comfort with proper hotel service. I mean, you get the space and privacy of having your own place, but someone’s still going to sort out fresh towels and give you decent recommendations for dinner. The rooms themselves are genuinely spacious – not that “luxury” nonsense where they cram a king bed into what’s basically a closet. There’s actually room to unpack your stuff and spread out a bit, which makes such a difference when you’re staying more than just a night or two. The bathrooms are properly done too, with decent water pressure (always my litmus test) and those little touches that show someone’s actually thought about what travelers need.

You know what I appreciated most though? The staff seem to actually know the area – not just the tourist traps everyone recommends, but the real spots worth checking out. They pointed me toward this little café around the corner that I never would’ve found otherwise, and gave me the heads up about which streets get crazy busy during rush hour. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to navigate a new place. The building itself has character without being too quirky – you can tell it’s been thoughtfully renovated rather than just slapped together. And here’s something practical: the soundproofing is actually decent. I’ve stayed in plenty of “luxury” places where you hear every conversation in the hallway, but this wasn’t one of them. Check-in was smooth too – no standing around for ages while they figure out their computer system. The whole experience just felt… well, like they know what they’re doing and they’re not trying to oversell it.

  Such a beautiful location and amazing home. A short stroll to the market square and the Opera on Saturday night- we saw Turandot. Lucia was lovely to deal with and very helpful. We will miss Verona.
  
  What could be improved: Had some issues with the tv and reception- however Lucia attended the property when requested and got it working for us.

  The apartment was beautifully furnished, in true operatic style, including a terrace with views over the red Veronese rooftops. The fridge was filled with goodies for breakfast and snacks, with water and wine too. We had absolutely everything we needed, including comfort and luxury.
  
  The apartment is perfectly situated by Piazza Erbe with a market, shops, cafes and restaurants, plus some of the main attractions. It is a short straight walk to the main Piazza Bra, Roman amphitheatre, and buses.

  Perfect location, couldn’t be more central! So clean and comfortable. Great for a group of friends to enjoy sociable and comfortable space together. Host provided a range of breakfast foods and wine! So helpful with advice and recommendations too. We had a fantastic stay.

  This is a gorgeous property! It’s full of Italian charm. Easy to get to, fabulously located. Andreina and Lucia, we’re wonderful. We were fully accommodated, even with Gluten Free! Very clean with lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful roof top view from one side and to the snow capped mountains from the other.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, it’s a little lightly stocked for cooking utensils, and so the nights we didn’t feel like eating out was a bit of a challenge and I couldn’t get the oven working. But these were only minor issues
