Location & Neighborhood

The hotel sits on Via Giorgione in the Borgo Milano district, near the stadium area — which sounds a bit industrial, but it’s actually a calm, residential part of Verona that most tourists never see. You’re away from the chaos of the centro storico, but still close enough to hop over to the Arena, the old town, and the river without much fuss. Couples especially seem to love this setup — the location scored 8.2 specifically for two-person trips, which makes sense if you think about it. There’s something kind of nice about coming back to a quieter neighborhood after a day of navigating Juliet’s balcony crowds.

Parking & Practicalities

One thing that genuinely matters if you’re driving into Verona — and a lot of people do, especially coming from the lakes or heading toward Venice — is parking. Verona’s historic center is a ZTL nightmare, so having free parking at the hotel is actually a bigger deal than it sounds. You can leave the car, forget about it, and just use public transport or walk into town. It takes a real logistical headache off the table, especially if you’re arriving late or with luggage.

The Stay Itself

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — nothing flashy, but everything you actually need is there. The kind of place where the bed is properly made, the shower works well, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out at 10pm. I mean, that sounds like a low bar, but you’d be amazed how many hotels in this price range miss those basics. The staff tend to get mentioned a lot in reviews, and from what I can tell, they’re genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions — they’ll point you toward local spots rather than just handing you a tourist map.

  The apartment was very clean and comfortable. You can take the bus to go to the city in only a few minutes. Marina was very nice, friendly and always available. We had a nice stay and highly recommend

  Very close to amenities and the Verona BMX arena. Also walking distance from downtown and good bus connections. You can take the bus to the station and another bus to the airport for 8€/person. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. For two people there's plenty of room, it gets a bit too right with four people once you open the sofa bed, but it's a really comfy sofa bed in any case.
  
  What could be improved: The oven could not be used, power went off because of a limiter after some time, take that in mind before re-heating pizza. Also, the dishwasher never finished its cycle because of the same power limit, not even the fast program, not even when used solely without any other appliance on. It's ok, but it kinda defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher if you can't really use it in practice. The heating was managed by the hosts, it was perfectly warm inside. I once tried to lower the temperature but it came back up after a few minutes.

  The host was so warm and kind. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower was fantastic. There were lots of towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We didn't have a kitchen but we did have a fridge and a coffee maker. She offered us some additional bowls for cereal. It was easy to get to most sites.

  Check in was very easy, flexible and well working. Marina and Giuseppe are very, very friendly hosts.
  The room including bath was especially clean and lovely decorated. We got a big water bottle in the little fridge, coffee and tea very also very good.
  They provide you a lot of different well smelling shower gels 😊
  Finding a parking space was not that easy but we found one in the next street. You have to walk about 30min to town center but it’s a nice walk and you get to know a bit more about Verona.
