Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Residenza 25, I wasn’t expecting much from a 4-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the smaller properties completely surprise you, and this one absolutely did. The moment I walked through those doors, there was something different about the atmosphere – it felt more like staying at a really well-appointed friend’s place than your typical hotel. The staff actually remembered my name by day two (I mean, without looking at their notes), which honestly doesn’t happen much anymore.

What really got me was the attention to detail throughout the property. I’m talking about things most places miss – like how the lighting in the rooms is actually warm and inviting instead of that harsh fluorescent nightmare you usually get, or how they’ve managed to soundproof things so well that I never once got woken up by hallway conversations. The rooms themselves have this perfect balance of modern amenities without feeling sterile, if that makes sense. There’s real character in the design choices – I spent way too much time admiring the way they’d mixed contemporary pieces with more classic Italian touches. And can we talk about the beds for a second? Because I’m someone who usually tosses and turns in hotel beds, but I slept like a baby every single night.

The thing that really sets this place apart though is how they handle the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The shower pressure is fantastic (trust me, this matters more than you think), there’s enough plug outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices, and they’ve got this whole setup where you can actually control the room temperature without it feeling like you’re either in the Arctic or the Sahara. I also loved that they’re not constantly trying to upsell you on every little thing – the vibe is much more about making sure you’re comfortable rather than squeezing every euro out of your stay. With that perfect 10 rating, I can see why people keep coming back here, and honestly, I’m already thinking about when I can book my next visit.

  Der Wohnung wirkte nagelneu. War alles prima. Man hat das Gefühl die bist wirklich bei Italiener. War circa 20 min bi zu Innenstadt aber der Nachbarschaft war an sich selber interessant. War auch grob ein viertel Stunde bis zum Bahnhof. Tiziana war super freundlich und vorkommend. Ich durfte früh rein und dürfte eine Stunde später auschecken.
