The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about how travelers actually live, not just sleep. The rooms have that perfect balance where everything feels authentically Venetian without being museum-stuffy. I’m talking about original terrazzo floors that have probably seen centuries of footsteps, but with modern touches that actually make sense – like proper lighting where you need it and outlets that don’t require an engineering degree to locate. The beds are seriously comfortable too, which honestly surprised me because sometimes these historic places sacrifice comfort for authenticity. Here though, you’ll sleep well, and in Venice, that’s half the battle won.

What I love most is how the staff treats you like they genuinely want you to discover their city, not just survive it. They’ll give you those insider tips that locals share – like which bacaro serves the best cicchetti after 6 PM or how to navigate the crowds around San Marco without losing your sanity. The location itself is smart too – close enough that you’re not doing marathon walks with luggage, but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually hear yourself think in the evenings. I noticed the neighborhood has this lovely rhythm where locals are still going about their daily lives, buying groceries and walking their dogs, which feels pretty special in a city that can sometimes feel like an open-air theme park. The morning light hits the building just right, creating these gorgeous shadows across the nearby campo, and you start to understand why people fall completely in love with this impossible floating city.   Emplacement parfait! À quelques minutes des principaux sites à voir, en plein cœur du centre historique, quartier plein de cafés, restaurants et boutiques, mais totalement calme et lumineux . Appartement très spacieux et confortable. Comme à la maison!! Nous reviendrons ici avec grand plaisir!

  Max and his partner were extrmely kind and helpful, from handing over the keys, to answering any questions I had about the apartment.
  The apartment is wonderful – centrally located (so can get a little noisy – but this was not a problem for me as the noise level was not disruptive) – fully fitted kitchen, excellent views, really comfortable bed!

  The view and location of this property are both stunning. It’s right in the old section of town yet still manages to be peaceful. It’s an amazing refuge to return to after taking in the sights of Verona and so lovely it’s tempting to stay inside!
  
  What could be improved: If you have trouble with stairs this would not be a good choice but for me it was not a problem.

  Séjour exceptionnel : l'appartement est idéalement situé (plein centre historique!) Il est très confortable (on a l'impression d'être chez soi et pas dans une location !) et surtout il a une vue sur les toits de Vérone inoubliable (l'appartement est baigné de soleil du matin jusqu'au soir !!!). Très bon accueil et disponibilité des hôtes. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement et sans aucune réserve…

  O apto é grande e tem tudo que você precisa, inclusive se preferir comer no apto ao invés de comer sempre fora. É localizado praticamente dentro da Praça Erbe. O Mark e a Yulia, que nos receberam foram bem atenciosos, inclusive na questão de troca da geladeira que não estava funcionando. A geladeira foi rapidamente substituída. O apto dispunha de toalhas suficientes e alguma comodidades como café e chá.
  
  What could be improved: Talvez um cuidado maior com a limpeza fina, mas que não comprometeu a estadia em nada.
