  Molto vicino al centro, raggiungibile tutto a piedi. Il nostro host Valentino davvero cortese accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato bene sia attività che ristoranti. Cucina in comune e sala comune comodissime e ben fornite. Camera e bagno accoglienti e comodi, ristrutturati nuovi.

  Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questa bellissima residenza, dotata di tutti comfort possibili (parcheggio incluso).

  The apartment was spotless, everything was very well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. If back in Verona, will come back without any doubt.

  We stayed for two nights to enjoy Verona opera and see the city. The apartment is 10-15 min from the train station and the historical city gate on foot. A very clean, well conditioned apartment, we did not miss anything (but for a board to cut bread 🙂). The host was very helpful and communication with him was smooth.

  What could be improved: In the Booking announcement, it was indicated that parking space was available. A staff member from Residenza Grazioli directed us to park our car in the paid parking area on Via del Fante. However, overnight, thieves smashed the glass of our car and forcibly entered it, even though there were no valuable items inside. They stole small souvenirs valued at a total of 15 euros, along with a pair of old shoes.
  
  Our car was the sole target of the burglary, and it was also the only vehicle with foreign registration in the vicinity. We strongly suspect that the break-in was intended as a warning: foreigners should avoid parking in such lots in Verona.
  
  Nevertheless, Valentino from Residenza Grazioli 2 provided invaluable assistance at the police station and helped us with the car. Thank you, Valentino!
