I mean, for a 3-star property, this place punches way above its weight class, and after staying there, I totally get why.

The thing about this residenza is that it captures that authentic Italian charm without trying too hard, if that makes sense. The rooms have this lovely lived-in elegance – not museum-perfect, but comfortable in a way that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax. The beds are surprisingly good (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms are modern enough without losing that old-world character. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you can actually hear yourself think, which is saying something. The staff runs the place like they genuinely care about whether you have a good time, not just whether you check out on schedule. They’re the type who remember your name by the second day and will chat about local restaurants without pushing the overpriced tourist traps.

Here’s what really won me over though – the little details that show someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience. The Wi-Fi actually works (revolutionary concept, I know), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and they’ve got that perfect balance of being helpful without hovering. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or surprise charges, and they seem to understand that travelers sometimes need to store luggage for a few extra hours without making it a federal case. The location works well too – you’re not stuck in some random suburb, but you’re also not dealing with the chaos and inflated prices of being right in the thick of everything. It’s that sweet spot where you can walk to what you need but still get some peace when you want it. I’d honestly stay here again, and coming from someone who’s usually pretty critical of hotels, that’s not something I say lightly.

  Spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location was amazing, we managed to get tickets to the Music Awards in the arena. It was clean. We would stay there again.

  The location is perfect, 5min walk from arena di Verona. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything that you possibly may need. The host is the best host that I’ve ever met and he do his best to help us get the maximum satisfaction of our stay. I’ll definitely recommend!

  Located in a relatively quiet street about 100 yards outside the walls to the old city. It took no more than about 15 minutes to walk anywhere within the old city perimeter. There is an Aldi just round the corner, and a good falafel/shawarma place close by too. Apartment was clean with a good-sized main bedroom and bathroom. Daniele was friendly and helpful.

  Location was excellent, was close to bus stops and transport to the airport. facilities in the property were great and as expected, came fully equipped with towels etc and for cooking. The host was very friendly and gave recommendations to where to go during our stay, made us feel very welcome.
  
  What could be improved: It could have been a little bit more secure. The surrounding apartments made a lot of noise which was a little uneasy. A few more inside locks on doors that didn't use keys would have made us feel more safe.
