Residenza Pozzani Overview
You know what struck me first about Residenza Pozzani? It’s one of those places that feels like a well-kept secret tucked away from the tourist crowds. I mean, when you’re wandering through the narrow streets looking for it, there’s this moment where you think “am I going the right way?” – and then suddenly there it is, unpretentious but somehow perfectly placed.
The thing about this residenza is that it gets the basics really right without trying too hard to impress you. The rooms have this lived-in elegance that’s way more comfortable than those sterile chain hotels where everything’s too perfect. Actually, the 8.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not flashy enough for a perfect 10, but honestly, who needs flashy when you’ve got character and genuine hospitality? The staff treats you like they actually want you there, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how rare that is these days. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that artificial “welcome experience” nonsense.
What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the main thoroughfares that you’re not dealing with scooters buzzing past your window at 2 AM. The building itself has these little architectural details that catch your eye – nothing Instagram-worthy dramatic, just the kind of thoughtful touches that make you pause and think “someone cared about this place.” Parking can be a bit of an adventure (isn’t it always?), but the location more than makes up for it since you can actually walk to most places you’d want to go. I found myself heading out on foot way more than I usually do, partly because the neighborhood invites that kind of wandering, partly because finding the car felt like more trouble than it was worth.

Reviews of Residenza Pozzani
Great central location – Anonymous from United States – 14 July 2025 (7/10)
The location of this property was ideal as we were attending an event at the Arena di Verona. It was easy to access keys. The apartment was adequate, comfortable beds. It was a hot summer day and the air conditioning is not very efficient/cool. Likely due to the heat and the 3rd floor location of the apartment. The shower was a little temperamental and leaked onto the floor. Good place to stay for accessibility – near town center, food, attractions.
What could be improved: Shower and ACNeat little apartment, close to most things but away from the noisy action. – Mary from Australia – 13 July 2025 (9/10)

The location was amazing, it was very clean and much bigger than expected, and it was very easy to get to and all the instructions were super clear and helpful!
What could be improved: Could include a few more kitchen appliances to make cooking slightly easierExceptional – Val-87 from Austria – 30 May 2025 (10/10)
I had a spacious room with pretty interior in what seems to be a historical building. Windows facing nice quiet court. The host was very helpful and always available for questions.
Fantastic place and would recommend. – Jo from United Kingdom – 26 April 2025 (7/10)
The location was fantastic; close to restaurants and bars and local tourist sights. The accommodation was roomy, rustic looking and clean although would have been a nice touch to have provided a tea towel.
What could be improved: Although the accommodation suited us perfectly for one night, the location of the boiler in the apartment and its ‘firing up’ could have been a problem for light sleepers.Exceptional – Petar from Bulgaria – 21 April 2025 (10/10)
