  First of all, the property owner was so friendly and welcoming,

  It is so close to the center and nice restaurants and cafes,

  What could be improved: Maybe the only thing is the Garbage containers in front of the place! But it wasn’t an issue to me, specially when i pass by it wasn’t smelly.
