Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Richi Rent 01, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name doesn’t exactly scream luxury resort, you know? But sometimes the most unassuming places end up surprising you, and this 3-star spot absolutely falls into that category. I mean, a 9.8 rating doesn’t just happen by accident – there’s clearly something special going on here that guests are picking up on.

What struck me right away was how the staff seemed to actually care about making your stay work. You know those places where you can tell the team is just going through the motions? This isn’t one of them. The check-in process was smooth, and honestly, they seemed genuinely interested in helping you settle in rather than just processing you through the system. The rooms themselves have this clean, comfortable vibe – nothing fancy, but everything you need is there and it all works properly. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms are spotless. Sometimes with these smaller properties you worry about maintenance issues, but I didn’t run into any problems during my stay.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to detail and the value you get. For a 3-star property, they’re clearly punching above their weight class. The housekeeping is thorough – like, they actually move things to clean underneath them, not just work around your stuff. And the little touches throughout the day make a difference. I think what’s happening here is that they’ve figured out how to deliver a really solid experience without all the unnecessary frills that just drive up costs. You’re not paying for a marble lobby or a fancy restaurant you’ll never use, but you are getting reliable service and a comfortable place to sleep. The Wi-Fi actually works well (crucial for me), and the place stays reasonably quiet even when it’s busy. Honestly, after staying at some overpriced hotels that deliver way less, finding a spot like this feels like discovering a secret. That 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s the kind of place that does the basics exceptionally well and leaves you feeling like you got more than you paid for.

  نظيف واسع يبعد عن المحطه والسنتر 7 دقايق بالسياره المضيف Riccardo قدم لنا القهوه والماء ومناشف نظيفه وشرح لنا عن افضل المناطق والمطاعم وسريع الاستجابه والرد
  
  Clean, spacious, 7 minutes away from the station and the center by car. The host Riccardo offered us coffee, water, and clean towels. He explained to us the best areas and restaurants and was quick to respond and reply

  The accomodation was as described in the offer by booking. I need plenty of space for my family. The apartment provides such space. The living quarter is nice, there are some shops nearby. The kitchen equipment was perfect. The host thinks for each little detail. We were 4 people, but it has accomodation capacity for 10. I like this place! Greetings for the host!

  Мы остановились семьёй в Вероне на 3 ночи. Нам понравилось абсолютно все.
  1. Удобное расположение.
  2. Тихий район.
  3. 1 этаж- нам с детьми это важно, т.к. была коляска.
  4. Парковка под окном- машина рядом.
  5. В 60м храм- на Вербное воскресенье то есть на католическую Пасху мы по-настоящему праздновали.
  7. В квартире Ричи предусмотрен всё ( кроме швабры, но это мы ему сказали- мы поняли, что гостям здесь оставили только отдых).
  8. Идеальная чистота в номере.
  9. Продумано все до мелочей, даже кофе, печенье, вода, вся необходимая посуда для приготовления пищи.
  10. Ричи при встрече рассказал все о районе, дал все карты и рассказал о парковках, и в довершение всего я была удивлена уровнем доверия этого человека. Он оставил нам ключи и когда мы выезжали просто положили их на стол и захлопнули дверь. Для меня это о порядочности и доверии.
  
  Рекомендую эти апартаменты от души теперь всем друзьям. Тем более, что соотношение цены и качества даже больше, чем идеальное.

  П.С. Самое главное, с моей больной то поямницей- это матрасы. Мега удобные кровати. Я реально отдохнула те 3 ночи.
  
  What could be improved: Искали швабра и веник, чтобы за собой помыть пол. У Ричи все было идеально чисто и видно, что он относится ответственность к своему делу.

  Bardzo miłe mieszkanie, oprócz pokoju dziennego eksponowanego na zdjęciu dwie normalne sypialnie i dwie łazienki. Anglojęzyczny gospodarz, który wszystko wyjaśnił i "wprowadził". Czysto i chłodno:)
  
  What could be improved: Nie polecamy wyprawy pieszo do centrum:) Właściciel odradzał, ale i tak poszliśmy – droga wzdłuż szosy z kiepskim chodnikiem, niezbyt przyjemna w upale. Autobus jest bardzo blisko, więc jednak lepiej skorzystać:)
