  Le calme, la localisation proche des attractions touristiques mais dans un quartier authentique ( quartier etudiant)
  L’accueil de l’hôtesse, très prévenante et qui nous a donné de très bon conseil. Je recommande notamment le restaurant ScaLin juste à côté du studio.
  La climatisation bien tempérée.
  La station de prêt de vélo à deux pas.

  Das Appartement liegt etwas am Rande der Altstadt, man ist aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuß dort und daher eine ideale Lage – nicht im Trubel aber nahe dran. Es ist eine 1 Raumwohnung mit einer winzigen Küchenzeile. Für ein langes Wochenende in Verona und für 2 Personen ist das aber ausreichend. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach, der Kontakt unproblematisch und herzlich. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Badezimmer und liegt ruhig im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes. Toll ist es, dass man einen Parkausweis für die Straße erhält.
  
  What could be improved: Da der Raum schön dekoriert ist, bleibt wenig Ablagefläche, die Küchenzeile ist schon arg winzig und Geschirr und Besteck sind auf 2 Personen abgezählt, man muss also jedes Mal spülen. Da aber eine tolle Bar direkt neben dran ist, braucht man eigentlich auch gar nicht die Küchenzeile nutzen.

  The studio was so well equipped and tastefully decorated.It has an excellent air- conditioning system which combined with a comfortable bed enabled us to have a good night's sleep in very warm weather.Our flight was delayed two hours but the host sent us the most detailed information on WhatsApp to ensure we found the studio and gained access without any hazzle.She made a point of meeting us early the next morning and provided us with invaluable tips and advice for making the most of our five day stay in Verona.

  Everthing. Cozy nice decorated studio with small kitchen, wifi, tv, bathroom, coffee machine…. Owner lady was very kind and practical so we found apartment easily and collect keys and parking ticket. We parked our car in next street and put the ticket inside which was great. We also recieved a lot of good helpful tips about the city from her. Great value for money!
