  Convenient location- few minutes to Arena and not more than 10 mins to any location in historical centre.
  Lovely stay- gorgeous view from room, spacious room, kettle and coffee machine, hair dryer.

  It was new, clean with good air conditioning. Location was excellent. We were there for the opera and it was a nice short walk to the arena. Very close to the piazza erbe in the old city as well. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Our host Federico was welcoming and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The only negative was that you could hear people talking in the hallway as the walls were kind of thin.
