The kitchenette area is surprisingly well-equipped, which honestly saved me a ton of money on dining out. I spent a good chunk of one evening just hanging out there, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about whether guests were comfortable rather than just checking boxes on some corporate checklist. The housekeeping team actually remembered my preference for extra towels after day one – such a small thing, but it made all the difference.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on Suite Mela: it feels like a place where real people work and stay, not some cookie-cutter operation. The 9.1 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there a few days. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with flashy amenities or marble everything, but the fundamentals are rock solid. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m talking actually restful sleep, not just decent), the water pressure in the showers is surprisingly strong, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the whole place just smells clean in that subtle way that tells you they’re doing maintenance right. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, and even then the common areas never felt chaotic or overwhelming. The check-in process was smooth enough that I was in my room within ten minutes, and the front desk folks knew their stuff when I asked about local recommendations. If you’re looking for somewhere that’ll treat you like a person rather than a credit card number, this place delivers on that promise without making a big show of it.

  L'appartement est très confortable et extrêmement bien aménagé. Notre hôtesse a pensé aux petits détails, y compris dans la cuisine qui est très bien équipée, sans conteste bien mieux que la grande majorité. L'appartement a été conçu et décoré par quelqu'un qui sait faire des espaces fonctionnels et agréables.

  Everything was great: The communication worked really well, Erica was always quick to respond. The key was to be deposited in the key box so the check in was easy. The apartment itself was very clean and there is plenty of space. It is comfortable and well equipped.
  The location is quiet with no street noise. We found parking easily in the street – so great for Verona! Also the apartment is only a 15 minute walk from the old city centre. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Erica

  Hote très sympatique et très bonne communication. Confort des lits et bons équipements, très propre, immeuble et alentours calmes, localisation optimale : proche de retaurants/cafés/gelateria et à peu de distance du centre historique. A recommander.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine gut funktionierende, leise Klimaanlage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist perfekt- ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Arena. Perfekt!
