The rooms themselves are thoughtfully laid out – whoever designed these actually considered how real people use hotel rooms. Plenty of outlets where you actually need them, good lighting for reading, and the beds… well, let’s just say I slept better there than I do at home sometimes.

The shower pressure is fantastic (seriously, this matters more than people admit), the walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation in the hallway, and they stock the bathrooms with stuff you’d actually want to use rather than those tiny bottles of mystery soap. The whole place has this 10-out-of-10 vibe that feels earned, not manufactured. I’ve stayed at plenty of places that talk a big game about hospitality, but Sweet Home just quietly delivers it. Even checkout was painless – no surprise charges or awkward upselling attempts. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels genuinely welcoming without all the corporate nonsense, this is your spot.

  Everything was great about this property. It is fully refurbished and has new appliances. The garden and parking spot are fully secured and the street is very quiet. Location is only 10+ min walk from the old Verona city center.
