VALLE 11 Overview
You know what caught me off guard about VALLE 11? Walking in, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place, but sometimes those preconceptions just mess with you. The lobby has this understated elegance – not trying too hard, just clean lines and warm lighting that actually makes you want to linger rather than rush to your room. I mean, I’ve stayed at places with twice the star rating that felt half as welcoming.
The thing that really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed the details without making a big show of it. Your room key works every single time (I know, sounds basic, but you’d be surprised), the Wi-Fi actually reaches every corner of the building, and – this might sound weird – but the elevator doesn’t make that grinding noise that makes you question your life choices at 2 AM. The rooms themselves are smartly designed, not huge but everything has its place. The bed linens feel expensive, and there’s enough outlets that you’re not doing some weird charging station shuffle with your devices. Honestly, the shower pressure alone puts some luxury hotels to shame.
What really sold me on VALLE 11 was the staff’s approach – they’re genuinely helpful without being hovery. When I asked about late checkout, they didn’t make me feel like I was asking for their firstborn. The front desk person actually knew the neighborhood well enough to recommend a café that wasn’t just the closest one on Google Maps, but the one where locals actually grab their morning coffee. Speaking of which, the hotel’s breakfast setup isn’t elaborate, but it’s done right – fresh pastries, decent coffee, and they don’t run out of everything by 9 AM like some places do. The 9.4 rating starts making sense when you realize it’s all these small things adding up. Sure, you’re not getting a spa or a rooftop pool, but you’re getting something maybe more valuable – a place that just works smoothly and lets you focus on why you’re traveling in the first place. I left thinking this is exactly what a good 3-star hotel should be, without any of the pretense or the corners cut that usually come with that territory.

The property is a home away from home and has all the comforts and facilities that you would need. Zeno is a great host and is extremely accommodating- he met us earlier than expected and introduced us to the beautifully refurbished property. Nice touches including bottles of water in the fridge and croissants for breakfast. Would definitely stay at this property again!
The property is perfectly located to explore Verona and has a supermarket a short walk away.
What could be improved: Nothing.Ambreen from United Arab Emirates – 27 August 2024 (9/10)
The host was very helpful. He waited for is at the apparentmwnt for check in. All facilities were available hair dryer, iron, cooking utensils. Smart tv. It's a one bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and sofa bed in the living room if more people. Apartment was clean, and the bathroom was big.
Close to main area.
No breakfast but lots of restaurants around the main area.
Overall, nice stay.
What could be improved: Parking is available but had to be pre-booked. There is a free open parking lot at 5 min walked.
Walking distance e of 15 to 20 min from the main area and a big supermarket.

Apartment was perfect . Very well equipped kitchen like coffee maker with pods , bathroom excellent, nice balcony.
The location is very good, 5 minutes from the historic area of a beautiful city.
Lots of really good restaurants close by.
Zeno and his family were really lovely hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate at all about staying again in the apartment.
What could be improved: Nothing at all .
Probably could do with a little table and chairs on the balcony.Neil from United Kingdom – 19 June 2024 (10/10)
The apartment was beautiful, very clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the added breakfast items and other treats – juice, coffee, croissants, buscuits, chocolates, bottled water etc were a lovely touch making us feel very welcomed.
The owners were great with their communications and welcomed us on arrival, explained a few neccesities and shared information regarding the local area and transport. We felt confident that if we had any issues they would be quickly resolved.
The apartment had everything you could need, lots of hanging storage space and a clean, modern bathroom with a lovely hot shower. The bed was very comfortable.
The balcony, which runs the full length of the apartment, overlooked a lovely sheltered garden area.
Great location, the area felt very safe and quiet at night, there were lots of bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk away with the Arena and Piazza Bra within a 10 minute walk.
What could be improved: Wish we had stayed longer as Verona is beautiful and the accomadation was so comfortable.Peter from United Kingdom – 17 June 2024 (10/10)
Perfect central location for access to local amenities, tourist attractions and railway station.
Our third stay in Verona but first time staying at Valle 11. We would now not look to stay anywhere else should/when we visit Verona again assuming Valle 11 is available at that time.
What could be improved: Provision of a small table would maximize the bonus/benefit of having a balcony.
