The whole vibe here is refreshingly low-key. When I first walked in, there wasn’t that sterile hotel lobby feeling you get so often. Instead, it felt lived-in and comfortable, sort of like someone had carefully curated a space that balances style with actual livability. The name obviously nods to the Renaissance master, and you can see that attention to artistic detail throughout – not in an over-the-top way, but in thoughtful touches that make you notice things. The lighting is particularly good; whoever designed this place understood that harsh overhead lighting kills any apartment‘s ambiance. They’ve got these warm, layered light sources that make everything feel cozy, especially in the evenings.

What I really appreciated was how functional everything felt. You’ll find the kitchen actually has proper knives (revolutionary, I know), and the coffee setup isn’t just some sad instant packets. The bathroom had decent water pressure – honestly, after staying in places where the shower feels like a light drizzle, this was such a relief. Storage space was thoughtfully planned too; there are enough hooks and surfaces that you’re not living out of your suitcase the entire time. The bed was genuinely comfortable, not just “hotel comfortable,” and the neighborhood stays pretty quiet at night, though you’ll hear some street life during the day which I actually found charming rather than disruptive.

I think what sets this place apart is that it strikes this perfect balance between having hotel-level cleanliness and service (they’re clearly on top of maintenance and details) while maintaining that apartment authenticity that makes longer stays actually pleasant. It’s the kind of spot where you find yourself wanting to extend your trip an extra day or two – not because there’s more touristy stuff to see necessarily, but because you’re just enjoying the rhythm of staying there. The three-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but that 9.6 guest score tells the real story. Sometimes the best places aren’t trying to impress you with marble lobbies or infinity pools; they’re just nailing the fundamentals in a way that makes you feel genuinely comfortable.

  I had the most perfect stay. Host Adam was very accommodating. Location was close to station and 20 minutes into centre by walking. Facilities were perfect. Couldn’t rate it any higher

  Very nice apartment, new, clean, well equipped, in a nice walking distance to the city center. The owner Adam very welcoming, provided us with all the useful information. We recommend the apartment and buying the Verona Card if you plan sightseeing.

  Our host welcomed us on arrival with a cheerful smile and friendly greeting. Fridge had been stocked with plentiful supply of bottled water, which was most welcome given the unaccustomed heat, especially as we walked from the train station. The apartment is on the top floor of an older style modern apartment block in a suburb of Verona. I chose it as we planned to do day trips by train, so convenience for train station was more important than convenience to Verona’s historic centre. For us it was no more than a 10 minute walk to/from the station. Local gelatteria was excellent, and cafe did pastries and excellent coffee for breakfasts. Small supermarket just beyond the pastry shop. Perfect for what we wanted. A good (long) walk into city centre (buses available), navigation easy. We also talk a walk along the city wall, a park, and cut into the city another way and discovered a more laid back quarter…lots to explore and find.
  
  What could be improved: It didn’t worry us, but be aware this is in an ‘ordinary’ suburb and immediate street surroundings are a little drab. People friendly though, felt welcome and not out of place. Also, be aware the apartment is on the top floor and no lift….again, not a problem for us at all, but be aware.

  The property was a very spacious, 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room, and bathroom. AC in bedrooms and a nice balcony as well. Great kitchen with basic supplies (coffee, milk, water, pasta, etc.) provided for your use! :-). Beds were very comfortable and more than adequate towels/bathroom supplies were provided. A very generous host! We stayed 6 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Would definitely return if back in Verona.

  A spacious two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a building in a residential area of Verona but just a twenty minute or so walk from the historic parts of Verona and a straightforward fifteen minutes to the train station. The proprietors live in the same building and were waiting to welcome us. Everything is very clean and comfortable. There is also a good sized balcony. A great place to stop if you are looking for somewhere with plenty of space and comfort but also within easy distance of Verona's many attractions.

  Neat, fully equipped and independent apartment. Great for leisurely walks to known spots. The owner lives next door, which is very useful.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great. Unusually hot weather was a little uncomfortable towards the afternoon, but that's an exception.
