  Excellent location in Old City only five-ten minutes walk to the Arena. My wife and I stayed in Apartment 4 for two nights whilst attending the Opera Festival in late August 2024 – the weather was hot! This modern apartment was scrupulously clean with comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and well equipped bathroom. Even the very modest private outside space provided an opportunity to sit outside for a coffee; albeit with absolutely no view other than the surrounding walls. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are all within yards but there was virtually no noise within the apartment. All in all this apartment completely fulfilled our requirements for a short stay.

  What could be improved: The mattress on the bed needs changing as has a big dip in the middle and very uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed.

  The location was perfect, the apartment was comfortable
  
  What could be improved: The host did not answer to my needs. I asked them to bring something and also to repair the sofa because in one of the room it was damaged and er could not open in order to use for the sleep of our child. We stayed 4 nights and no one took care to repair it. It was really disappointed. Sofa was not comfortable

  Nice, clean, warm. Super easy check-in (if you have internet connection on site). All furniture looks new. Both the bed and the couch were really comfortable. Floor heating in the bathroom.

  Excellent location , very central . Apartment was clean and comfortable and secure . Only issue we had was on arrival . We attempted to click the link to open the door to the main apartment building without success and after several failed attempts we were about to call the hosts for assistance, when someone came out and held the door open for us . Otherwise check in was smooth and the hosts were responsive to questions asked . Would definitely recommend and would stay again in future . Thank you for having us 😊

  The location is great and the apartment is still very quiet.

  What could be improved: Hard to find. Need a sign on door. Plus found difficult to enter building. Need to give Velluto WiFi access. A lovely Italian who owned a nearby shop rang the host and was able to get access. Via the many codes. Didn't see any staff if any the entire week.
