  Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you could need. The environment is peaceful and the view from the balcony is very pleasant. Another good thing about the location is that if you come with your own car, you can park for free more or less in front of the main entrance of the building.

  Nice, spacious one bedroom apartment with air conditioning which was needed as temp up at 37° . Lovely big balcony overlooking gardens and river. Spotlessly clean. Ample supply of clean linens. Well provided kitchen utensils, fridge , cooker, crockery etc. Generally very comfortable. Secure building with lift to door on 3rd floor. Good flow of hot water for the shower when required.

  We really liked this place. In a quiet area, equipped with all you need, nice balcony view, cosy, supermarkets, restaurants and bus station nearby, within few minutes you can be in the city center.
  Very good communication with the owner. Very kind, always available and helped us with everything we needed.
  Definitely recommend it.

  Basically Everything… the position, the beautiful view from the balcony, the welcome from mrs. Lanfranca so gentle and nice.
  In the apartment you find everything you need, is quiet and very clean and there is a lift.
  Supermarket 3: minutes walk away, bus stop to city centre and railway station 5 minutes walk away.

  Very quiet area, spacious flat, 3rd floor with elevator; air con, good wifi, balcony with beautiful view on communal garden and Adige river. Very clean, fridge, micro, washing machine avail. A bit outside from city centre but very easy to reach with public transport. Ride with taxi around 15 euro.

  Very clean and well furnished apartment with responsive host. The extra bonuses are it's in a very nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants/supermarkets nearby and city center is under 15 minutes drive.
  We appreciated host's detailed directions to the property, suggestions to our queries on where to park near Verona Arena and quick response to apt facilities.

  What could be improved: Wifi wasn't consistent. Had to reboot the router each time. Not a big issue for us though.
