Not here though. This 3-star spot has somehow managed to create this genuinely peaceful bubble that had me sleeping better than I have in months.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a thoughtful friend’s place than a typical hotel room. Everything’s been chosen with actual comfort in mind – the bed linens are that perfect weight where you don’t wake up overheated, and honestly, the shower pressure is better than what I have at home (which is saying something). What really impressed me was how quiet it stays even during the day. I’m usually pretty sensitive to noise, but I could barely hear street sounds even with the windows cracked open. The owners clearly put some thought into soundproofing, or maybe they just got lucky with the location – either way, it works.

I have to mention that 9.7 rating because at first I thought it might be inflated, but after spending a few days there… yeah, I get it. It’s those little details that add up – the coffee setup is actually decent (not those tragic single-serve pods), there’s proper lighting for reading, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes like so many places. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around while they “find your reservation.” The whole experience just feels professional without being stuffy. I mean, when you’re traveling and dealing with trains and crowds and tourist traps all day, having a place that genuinely helps you unwind makes such a difference. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the apartment has this subtle lavender scent that’s not overwhelming – just enough to make you feel like you’re somewhere special. I’d definitely book this place again, especially if I needed somewhere to actually recharge instead of just crash for the night.

  Monia is very kind & endeavour person! She wants everyone to feel good. The Appartment is so lovingly & comfortable equipped and has everything you wish for. It was also no problem to make changes about check in & check out times. Perfect also for runners who attend the Verona Marathon – not far away from start. Also nice running routes around the river.
